Hotel Therme Meran - Terme Merano

Pros: We loved everything, the hotel staff, the service people get 100 from us, at the reception, in the restaurant, spacious room, bathroom equipped with everything, the pool on the roof with the view is for adults only, the pool downstairs, everything is organized and tidy,And the parking is excellent. And of course the hotel's location is wonderful, everything is on foot.

Cons: It's not that we didn't like it, on the adults' floor there is a room to relax with an amazing view, beds and sofas, like around the pool, in winter weather everyone wants to be inside, we were unable to find beds at different times on all the days we were there, it seems that it would have been better to add more beds or close part of the roof terrace where there are beds, unfortunately we went further down to the pool where there are more beds inside without a view, and luckily there were no children either, only adults, so it was quiet, not that I have anything against children lol

Modern Well located hotel 🏨

Pros: Hotel is very well located As we parked the car the receptionist told us that we needed to take the other parking in the same underground building but could not tell us how to reach this from the inside parking . Strange We had a very good lunch 🥗 at the bistro with very professional staff . And very good good 👍🏽👍🏽😀

Amazing but a little improvement needed

Pros: The spa facilities were amazing the location is breathtaking and the reception staff and concierge hosted a fantastic welcome for guests and provided brilliant entertainment. The chamber maids were also very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Cons: We were told breakfast was until 11am and the wait staff would pack up from 10am. You might lounge all day at the spa lose track of time etc there is nowhere to get food after 9pm. Not so much as nibbles e.g halloumi fries, chicken goujons, or arancini balls or mini burgers, to order with drinks in the bar during the evening. Hardly any Italian restaurants, I couldn’t find one bowl of pasta anywhere. We went to bed hungry most nights. The service the hotel refer to as a “Shuttle service” is not a traditional complimentary shuttle service but rather an extortionately priced private transfer. We paid almost €400 to get to the airport for our early morning flight and the driver polluted us the entire journey with beer farts. This is a hefty price to pay for transport and to be gassed with horrible farts. Would not have been so bad if it was not advertised as a shuttle. The cost was a shock. The female server at breakfast needs an attitude adjustment. The Strudel didn’t advertise that it had almonds and my mother is severely allergic. The Omlette didn’t mention bacon so when I opted out of the ham it still came with bacon that wasn’t even listed as an ingredient. The ring donuts had custard which whilst, great for Europeans is a horrendous faux pas for Brits. The majority of which cannot stand custard. I spent one morning vomiting it back up because I didn’t want to be rude by spitting it out in the breakfast hall.

Wow.

Pros: Wow. You have everything you need and more. Even bikes to go for a ride. I thought it was a little pricy until I got there. Well worth it.

Excellent hotel with outstanding facilities.

Pros: We’ve been coming here for the last 10 years and it keeps getting better from a very good standard. Breakfast is excellent as is the rooftop pool and also the second pool in the garden. Very secure and spacious car parking in the lower levels.

Cons: Nothing much- perhaps the furniture & surrounding wood on the balcony could benefit from some preservative treatment.

Great spa and thermal bath hotel in the heart of Meran

Pros: Nice hotel with perfect location and a great spa and thermal bath facility

Cons: Cannot really complain but table at breakfast very very close to each other

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime!

Pros: Exceptional breakfast, great atmosphere and location. Very good spa area and clean hotel. Cosy bar with good drinks.

Cons: The bed was a bit on the harder side, but otherwise nothing at all to complain on!

Pros: Clean, exceptional service and relaxing environment.

Everything was perfect

Pros: Everything was great, the only thing we can complain about is the firmness of the bed, but that is personal preference. But everything else was really good, I'd definitely come again.
