Charming Hotel with great staff and superb breakfast

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff. Superb breakfast, great choice from smoked salmon to fizzy wine. Waitress( Nicoletta) was amazing by the second day she knew the coffee I liked and it was at the table before me!. Reception shout out to Nadia for her travel advice.and easy going manor.

Cons: I was a little surprised they never changed the bed linen. I'm a messy sleeper by the 3rd day it looked tired and needed refreshing. I was there for 5 nights. I wonder how long you would have to wait for a change of sheets.

A memorable stay with outstanding staff and very comfortable conditions.

Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and treated me exceptionally well. I honestly have no words to thank them enough for how nice and caring they were.

Pros: Central location, smart street café out front, very accommodating staff. Great breakfast buffet. South Tyrol: what’s more to ask?

Cons: The shower worked fine, but tended to let water spread.

Regal Hotel with Modern Twist

Pros: The location is great - right in the the heart of the city. The infrastructure and the common spaces of the hotel were very well maintained, clean and very well decorated. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Sabrina and Vladimir (special regards to them)! Breakfast and lobby bar extremely well organized! Room was clean!

Cons: We have special recommendations regarding how the room was organized! For its category and price range the room was missing many important elements like: complimentary still water (standard in any normal hotel nowadays), coffee machine and tea kettle, slippers, shoeshine, shoehorn. The mini bar had only 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of apple juice.

Excellent location, onsite restaurant and bar, friendly helpful staff!

Pros: They kindly let me check in early despite I booked the room last minute. Excellent location as this hotel is located at the center of the town close to shops etc. Hotel staffs super friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Katarina who helped me arranging the taxi etc and to a gentleman at the reception who checked me in early despite it was very early of the day—very kind! Loved that the hotel had its own restaurant, cafe and bar so I could eat and drink very conveniently!

Cons: A bit noisy as my room was right next to some kind of meeting room where people stayed there late talking loudly. However, the hotel corrected immediately as soon as I complained about it.
