Beautiful hotel, perfect location, and very good breakfast

Pros: The hotel location is perfect: 8 minutes' walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre and Christmas market. The walk from the hotel to the city centre is along the river, which made it a great experience and very enjoyable. The hotel is quiet, a mix of old style and contemporary design, which we really appreciate. Our room was big enough for 2 people. Breakfast included a buffet with sweet and savoury food; as a vegan person, I was able to enjoy breakfast with all the things offered by the staff. The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner, but the strategic location to the city centre and all the restaurants is perfect. Furthermore, the hotel has a cafe/bar, so they can satisfy any request for tea, snacks, or happy hours. The staff were very friendly, always available to accommodate our requests or just have a small chat. I highly recommend this place. Merano and the Windsor Hotel were the best Christmas memories

Pros: A great room: heated well, spacious, squeaky clean, very comfortable. A functional and convenient kitchen space and a coffee machine present.

Cons: The only thing us personally could wish for is a kettle in the room.

Excellent, would recommend a stay here.

Pros: The location was very convenient for travelling to Merano by train and being able to walk to town along the river promenade. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. The breakfast was very good and used lots of local produce.
