A good base for exploring Merano and its surroundings

Pros: Friendly staff/management and convenient location.

Cons: Too many smokers using the terrace which also affected sitting on our balcony.

Family visit with a dog

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good (the carrot cake was the best I have ever eaten). The location is perfect and we always had a parking place in the courtyard.

Cons: We had a dog with us and we could not take him to the restaurant for breakfast. BUT: the owner was helpful and offered the side room (Stube) to have breakfast together. There is no minibar in the standard room. It was raining on the llast day and the water running down from the roof in the spout was very loud during the night.

Pros: Zentrale Lage. Sauberkeit Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel mit langjähriger Tradition. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze, direkt am Hotel. Gut ausgestattet.

Pros: Nah am Stadtzentrum gelegen, sehr gute Busverbindungen. Hotel ist sehr schön, Frühstück war sehr lecker 👍 Personal sehr freundlich

Cons: Der Zeltplatz ist direkt dahinter und es war manchmal sehr laut ,da Abends anscheinend alle Camping Gäste beschlossen haben ihre leeren Flaschen zu entsorgen. Die Behälter standen direkt an der Seite vom Hotel.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei freundlichen Gastgebern - Danke!

Pros: Die Nähe zum Zentrum (nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt) fanden wir genau so toll, wie die ausreichend vorhandenen Parkplätze. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Lift und im Außenbereich über eine überdachte Terrasse. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war mit Balkon ausgestattet und war keinesfalls zu klein und stets sauber. Auf dem Zimmer war u.a. ein TV mit vielen Programme vorhanden (deutsche, italienische und österreichische Programme waren reichlich vorhanden). Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei netten Gastgebern. Das „Sahnehäubchen“ wäre für uns noch eine Gästekarte gewesen, um die Nahverkehrsmöglichkeiten einfacher nutzen zu können- wir haben es aber auch ohne geschafft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder Gäste sein wollen.

Pros: Sehr schönes inhabergeführtes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail, überaus freundliches Personal, Frühstück incl Kuchen Büfett top, Zimmer mit tollem Balkon, kurze Wege durch schönen Park in die Ortsmitte,Therme und Passer. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir auf jd Fall länger als 2 Nächte.
