Wonderful experience in Meran

Pros: The rooms were large, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The staff was super-nice and helpful. The location is excellent (15 minutes walking distance from Meran city center and thermal spa). The spa is nice, even if the outdoor whirlpool is a bit small - 4 people - and not overly hot in winter.

Pros: Close to centre of town, spacious since we had separate bedroom plus balcony, breakfast was outstanding, very good buffet but also cooked a la carte for free, easy garage access, free welcome drink

Pros: The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

Pros: I would especially like to mention the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. The rooms are kept in excellent condition. Convenient covered car park, you can charge your car at no extra charge.

Great staff & Location

Pros: Friendly staff, location, good breakfast, good sized clean room. Free underground parking. Aldi right next door.

Cons: Found it strange that there was a tv in the bedroom, but not in the lounge area. Surely it would be more practical the other way around? Bathroom had an objectionable smell until we deduced it was the bidet causing the odour. We don't utilise bidets, so it seems they will smell if not used. After pouring water into it, the unpleasant smell disappeared.

Comfortable Hotel Near the Train Station

Pros: Location is good, not too far from the central train station. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room itself was more than I needed for one night. There was a little kitchen and plenty of space for a small family. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons: The hotel was having some trouble with the air conditioning system. At first the room was a little warm and the front desk was able to adjust it. Then it was a little too cold.
