The facilities are excellent, from the relaxing areas to the sports amenities everything is top-notch.

Pros: The hotel is in an amazing location, a very clean, well-maintained hotel, very accessible to anyone who needs it. There are also options for those avoiding gluten until 9:00 PM in the restaurant.

Pros: The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room are very well decorated and spacious. We loved the attention to details that made the experience really luxurious (Frette bed linens, Spa basket with extra towels and slippers). The view from the room was incredible. If you're sporty you're in the right place: very complete gym that allowed us to keep track on our workouts, and the breakfast had a lot of healthy options, which was a relief considering we found it hard to find healthy options in the region. We also booked a massage that was amazing!

Cons: The fact that we had barely any wifi in the room was a real bummer. I had to do an visio interview during my stay and could use the meeting room, but people were passing by which isn't optimal in this case.

This is a very comfortable and beautiful hotel and would recommend it.

Pros: A stylish hotel in a stunning location with wonderful views of vines and mountains. Really beautifully appointed spacious bedrooms, complete with robes slippers and pool towels. An excellent gym, fabulous roof terrace with comfortable beds.

Cons: The bathroom has a frosted shower window onto the bedroom so not good for light shining in your eyes when trying to sleep or privacy. Paddle and golf expensive.

Pros: The room is very spacious, with a nice mountain view. The hotel itself has good facility including gym, spa, roof top pool and a nice restaurtant.

Cons: There is no kettle provided in the room, and everything in the mini bar comes with an additional charge.

Pros: Camere ampie e confortevoli, letto molto comodo, immerso in splendida area verde e circondato dalle montagne, palestra grande ed attrezzatissima, centro benessere di cui non ho usufruito purtroppo per mancanza di tempo.

Komfortable Zimmer und großartiges Frühstück

Pros: Das Hotel liegt ruhig außerhalb an einer Durchgangsstraße, die aber nicht stark befahren und nachts ruhig ist. Der Blick vom großen Balkon geht auf die Berge, hier kann man die Sonne genießen. Die sehr großzügigen Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und haben neben dem Vorhang auch Rollladen. Die schweren Türen zu den Zimmern sind für Rollifahrer schwierig, wenngleich sonst alles gut mit Rampen oder Lift erreichbar ist. Im Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt, auch im Frühstücksraum. Der Parkplatz des Hotels bietet viel Raum und sehr viele Ladestationen! Als Gast kann man das umfangreiches Fitnessstudio, den Pool und Sauna/Dampfbad nutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und große Frühstücksbuffet mit ganz tollem Service. Die Mitarbeiterin kümmert sich nicht nur um die üblichen Bestellungen von Eierspeisen, sie bereitet frische Säfte/Smoothies zu und kümmert sich auch rührend um jede Form von Unverträglichkeit!

Cons: In Sachen Nachhaltigkeit hat das Hotel noch Luft nach oben. Zum einen sind die Zimmer im Winter völlig überheizt und die Absenkung der Temperatur über die automatische Anlage funktionierte auch nicht. So musste man die Balkontür nutzen, um die Temperatur zu senken und heizte im Grunde zum Fenster raus. Schloss man die Tür, war die Temperatur auch nachts schnell wieder bei 23 Grad. Auf den Balkonen wird abends automatisch die Beleuchtung angestellt, die man manuell wieder abstellen kann. Ist das Zimmer nebenan leer oder macht der Gast dies dort nicht, leuchtet die Lampe nachts völlig unnötig auch ins eigene Zimmer (wenn man nicht die Rollladen schließt). Auch werden anders als in anderen Hotels die Handtücher täglich gewechselt, nicht nur, wenn man sie auf den Fußboden wirft.

Pros: Spa-centro benessere. Le camere pulite, accogliente e un bellissima panorama vista montagna. Camere insonorizzate seppur vicino alla strada. Colazione a buffet molto buona e varia. Possibilità di cenare al ristorante con pizza e molta varietà del menù.

Cons: Troppo caldo nelle stanze ma possibilità di abbassare la temperatura
