Pros: Excellent value for money. Able to ski in and out. We had half board and food were of exceptional quality and very well presented. The hotel has an annex of apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was well appointed, clean and serviced daily. We had a wonderful time.

A great location to explore the Dolomites from a quieter spot.

Pros: Breakfast and evening meals were exceptional. Lots of choice from the buffet breakfast. We stayed in one of the apartments which is a short walk from the main building. They are very well equipped and have a balcony, some with excellent views. Restaurants in Arabba are only a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing location, lovely staff, excellent food and facilities - can’t wait to visit again.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Small events put on - like free drink and nibbles on a Sunday night. Excellent spa facilities. World class food.

Cons: We stayed on the annex - which meant a 5 min walk to the main building for food, bar, and spa. This wasn’t made explicitly clear at time of booking.

Exceptional hotel, retro atmosphere, we were sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Pros: Amazing hotel, clean and spacious room, with amazing details, where you feel like a queen, comfortable bed, exceptional breakfast. The staff were kind and friendly, and access to the spa was included in the room price. The hotel restaurant is of high standard and has a good cuisine mentioned in the Michelin guide. Would definitely recommend and come back!!!

Cons: In September, the nights are cooler and it was also cool in the room. The radiators were cold, and I think they could have provided a little warmth at night.

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly, the access to the spa was included with the room (although we didn't know from the first day so we missed a few days sadly) and breakfast was good. The restaurant on the evening is also good, although maybe a bit on the pricey side, but the menu changes every day which is nice.
