Highly recommended & would book again!

Pros: Great location, amazing meals, courteous and friendly staff! The living area on the ground floor is beautiful.

Cons: Ski lockers were a little cramped but we managed fine

Overall nice hotel at very good location. All not so good can be easilly fixed.

Pros: Location great right at slopes. Very warm and clean. Food is very good and staff is friendly.

Cons: At welness empty shampo bottles. All of them. Small pool (actually wirlpool). Room was super cosy and warm with enough space but because of very cold weather and temperature outside we had water flood on floor each morning due to condensation on windows. They need better isolation glass. At bar only one barmen after skiing with long waiting time to get drinks.

Hotel staff went the extra mile.

Pros: We received a call from the hotel to enquire if we would be at the hotel before the kitchen shut for dinner, as we weren't going to be they arranged for two plates of food to be available when we arrived. The plates of food were served to us when we arrived and were much more than we were expecting. To us they had gone the extra mile and made us feel good.

Cons: Despite people being in the spa in swimming costume's, one man decided it was ok for him to be naked. The spa itself was very good.

Superb hotel

Pros: Fantastic staff and food. Large choice available at breakfast and supper. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ski lift easy to walk to - just across the road. Lounge was very cosy with lots of places to sit on comfortable sofas. Spa great.

Cons: Nothing everything was fantastic. Just get ready to eat a lot !
