Beautiful and stunning location and views. Decent value but could be outstanding with a little TLC

Pros: It’s location and the view from my room. The car park felt secure. The outside space was good.

Cons: It looked a little tired and needed tidying up. It was so dark in all the communal areas. GET SOME MORE LIGHTS! Fix the plug in the sink of room 304 it didn’t hold any water.

Pros: The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Very varied breakfast and delicious dishes in the hotel's restaurant. The staff was kind and helpful. We particularly appreciate the commitment of the hosts, their direct contact and conversation with each guest and making sure everyone was satisfied - something that makes this hotel unique.

Such a charming place and such a welcoming host

Pros: Very charming hotel, an extremely hospitable host and friendly staff - more Tyrol than Italy in a very warm and charming way. Our balcony was overlooking the valley, the river and Bolzano and we enjoyed the sunset, before going downstairs to a lovely dinner. We will certainly be back!
