Pros: Comfortable family-run pension with friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Spacious balcony with a view of Kronplatz. Absolutely delicious four-course dinner with excellent service. 100% dog-friendly. Sauna included. Perfect location. Thank you for amazing stay.

An amazing discovery

Pros: The staff was friendly and very attentive in everything they did. They were very helpful with the management of our 5 months old child. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good, but the best thing was dinner: the staff is very efficient, food is varied and the vegetables buffet is a huge plus! We'll be back for sure!

Great experience with Prack

Pros: It was very nice and special experience to stay in this family pension. Everything was perfect, starting with warm welcoming and smooth check-in, follow up with excellent services during the breakfast and dinners, privat shuttle service - really practical and time saving, good room service including nice details like blanket folded into a different shape every morning. On top, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And we highly recommend to order half-board! Dinners were soo delicious!! - and included starter, soup, main course and desert. Also the locatin was quite and very close to the lifts. It was really great time to stay there and we will definatelly coma back again!

Cons: Maybe a bit colder in our room nr. 2 (downstairs), than we prefer.

Pros: Pensjonat prowadzony przez bardzo sympatyczną rodzinę, szefem kuchni jest właściciel który serwuje pyszną kolację, kolacja podawana jest do godziny 20:00 przed wcześniejszym wybraniem menu, polecam aby skorzystać z opcji którą umożliwia pensjonat. Pokoje są duże i czyste wzdłuż budynku parking. Miejsce godne polecenia

Eccellente

Pros: Siamo stati ospiti della Pension Prack dove abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Lo staff e' composto da persone molto gentili efficienti e professionali, la proprietaria e' una signora squisita, gentilissima e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La camera era molto spaziosa, calda, molto pulita e arredata con gusto, con un letto molto grande un materasso comodissimo e un ampio balcone con vista su Hernegg e Sylvester. Molto bello ben organizzato e molto caldo il bagno. Cena e colazione eccellenti e con un servizio impeccabile. La struttura dispone di belle aree comuni, spa e due garage. Il prezzo considerando gli standard della zona e' molto basso, cosi che il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' eccellente. Ora sappiamo quale e' il posto giusto per alloggiare quando torneremo a Riscone, grazie di tutto e a presto!
