Pros: Great hotel, exceptional food, nice spa, friendly employees… it has free Garage.

Cons: It is 500m to the Lifts, but you have organised shuttle service.

Great for skiing and well eating

Pros: Food (breakfast, dinner) was very nice as well as staff serving the food and drinks. It is very convenient to have transfer to the ski lift (kind drivers) as well as a dedicated ski locker. SPA and Jacuzzi outside is great for relaxing after skiing.

Cons: The paper given during check in doesn’t explain much, so if you are there the first time you don’t know much (e.g. in the afternoon there is a fireplace outside with gluhwein that almost nobody knew about, ski locker/transfer not explained well, also no enough info about spa). No other word is given during check-in, just “everything is explained on this paper”, which is very strange. Also, one person who was there on the reception was not welcoming at all (also other guests were mentioning that)

Pros: Absolutely recommendable. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The facilities exceeded our already good expectations. Every single detail is taken into account to immerse guests into comfort and wellness. Staff are attentive and helping. Spa, lounge, dinner, breakfast... Everything felt great. We are looking forward to coming back. We recommend taking half board. It really is worth it and results more economic in the end than paying it apart.

Highly recommended

Pros: Incredible experience! Just so comfortable location for skiers. Basically you can watch the slopes and lift from the balcony. We loved the spa and the pool outside with the cold water. Also the area for playing games was great, and believe me not only for children 😂 staff just so kind and friendly and supportive! Welcome drink is always a plus 😇

Cons: Just a minority - I would add some grilled and cooked vegetables for breakfast.

Pros: Everything., especially the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have to especially praise Anna, Eugenia and Ahmed who took care of our breakfasts and dinners. Anna was especially nice to us on the last night when she surprised us with a little tiramisu cake for my upcoming birthday. I must commend the desserts, breakfasts and the large selection of appetizers at dinner. An exceptional selection. We will be back for sure.

Would definitely stay again if coming back to Kronplatz.

Pros: Location was excellent, staff wonderful, lovely decor and ambience. Super efficient shuttle to the ski lifts.

Cons: No coffee facilities in the rooms and no tap water available at dinner. Lift is a bit rubbish!

Fantastic place to stay

Pros: We really liked this hotel, especially the service from everyone, which was superb. Hotel has a fantastic view on mountains and is very close to the ski lift (300m) We also really liked the shuttle that took us every day to the ski lift and back, plus also ski box that every room has for storage of ski equipment. Garage is available and for free (note some places are narrow for bigger cars). Food was great and definitely is worth having half board included. Room was spacious and clean. SPA was nice and we loved outside hot tubs with Mountain View. it was worth spending the money on this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Cons: Even though they have a wine cellar with really good wines, the only advice is to remove Pinot Grigio from wine recommendation list since it is really a bad one (that is all :) )
