Pros: Great spa, clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff

Cons: Room was too warm, no possibility to regulate temperature other than opening the window

Pros: Everything was perfectly clean, very nice bar, really good breakfast! The waiter at bar was really nice and friendly. Parking is good. Wellness is perfect.

Cons: The room was good, but maybe we expected more. It has fridge but its empty, there is no coffee machine or even tea.. Bed is comfy, but it could be better. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed. We recieved notification when we reserved. They gave us good recomendations for local restaurants. Most of the staff does not speak english. I would expect some knowledge.. To sum it up, there is nothing bad, but for 200€ + for night, maybe some things could be on little bit higher level. I would come again.

lovely stay

Pros: Maria and Giuseppe from the Restaurant staff were great and super loving to our kids. Food was very nice. Breakfast buffet was good food We loved the wellness area and it was a great idea to have a family area and an adults only area. Less stress as parents, too. I LOVED that there was a rowing machine. To me that is a reason to come back there over other properties. The guided hikes were wonderful, thank you Walter and J (?) Loved the Jause and the theme evenings

Cons: I wish the play room had a bit more for kids 7-10 but there was a play room and that in itself was great. Some of the reception staff felt less warm - maybe an option for training while the buffet was good, it ended up feeling a tiny tad repetitive - but then we stayed a whole week
