Pros: Room was very big and with nice balcony. We got everything we needed in the room (even pool towels). Breakfast was amazing and we even borrowed the bikes for free. They let us stay by the swimming pool even after check out.

Cons: Water for showering could be a bit warmer

Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was good and Dining experience was top notch. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The road at the front of the hotel can be noisy at times.

Wir kommen definitiv und sehr gerne wieder! Die Idee ist es, im Sommer ab dort in Richtung Gardasee entlang der Etsch zu

Pros: ..alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und passte in jedem Punkt. Als Paar hatten wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage nach Weihnachten und über Silvester in diesem Hotel, welches durchweg mit/durch Qualität überzeugte (Zimmer-Upgrade auf die Junior Suite inkl.). Das Servicepersonal war jederzeit offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Team! Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen (Menü) war täglich ein Genuss -abwechslungsreich und in sich stimmig. Der Koch hat Freude zu verwöhnen & versteht sein Handwerk. :-) Das Hotel ist fussläufig vom Ortskern Kaltern entfernt. Sowohl Meran und auch Bozen sind in wenigen Kilometern mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Zeit vor Ort war einfach sehr schön! Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Danke vielmals!

Pros: Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Zimmer groß und ruhig. Frühstück reichhaltig, Service sehr sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Cons: Für uns war alles optimal. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn, dann hätten wir es direkt vor Ort mitgeteilt.

Angenehm, etwas abgelegen stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus

Pros: Das Frühstück war sehr gut, gemütliche Atmosphäre mit der Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Die Klimaanlage hat 2von 3 Tagen nicht funktioniert. Der Techniker war mehrmals da konnte das Problem nicht beheben.

Pros: Hotel pulito, personale disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia, piscine pulite e non le abbiamo mai trovate affollate né rumorose.

Cons: Se proprio devo segnalare una cosa: adiacente all'hotel c'è il biergarten, grande ristorante/birreria molto frequentato (almeno quando ci siamo stati noi, erano anche le settimane di ferragosto) con conseguente andirivieni di macchine nel parcheggio condiviso con l'hotel e sporadico rumore. Ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente assolutamente nulla.
