Pros: Location was good for us with the option to expore a local lake one aftternoon. a full day in Bolzano and evenings at a local restaurant, Staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious and breakfast was plentiful with a good choice..

Quiet and clean rooms.

Pros: It was quiet and clean. Rooms very comfortable and big.

Cons: As family of 3, we had to pay for 2 double rooms despite there was a sofa in both rooms that could be used by a third person. No automatic lighting on the corridor which leads through the bar to the rooms.

Perfect holiday

Pros: Perfect location for sightseeing, good car parking, excellent hotel restaurant, friendly staff, spotlessly clean! Wonderful swimming pool, spacious room and beautiful view from balcony.

Cons: Nothing is was perfect. So very clean, spotless! It shone it was so clean.

Pros: Although not able to provide an Ala Carte Menu for Dinner, the Set Menu having two choices was excellent and really enjoyed this meal and eating in the outdoor Restaurant area.

Sehr gutes Hotel...gerne wieder

Pros: Es handelt sich um ein Inklusionshotel...und ich war begeistert wie sie das miteinander verbinden. Total sauber und ein klasse Abendessen.

Cons: Wir hatten ein Lunchpaket, das wir am Tag zuvor bekommen haben. Leider ist auf dem Zimmer kein Kühlschrank wo wir hätten es pazieren können. Gottseidank war es kalt und somit hatten wir keine Probleme damit

Pros: Colazione buona. Dintorni molto belli con fermata bus comodi. Pass offerto dall’albergo per spostamenti con mezzi locali.

Cons: Prenotato e pagato stanza famiglia presso Booking e mi è stata data un’altra stanza allo stesso prezzo e senza previa informazione Suggerirei un Wc/bidet anche e non solo per disabili (obbligo di utilizzare la doccia )
