Great hotel in a good location

Pros: Nice, modern hotel in a location perfect for hiking, running, cycling, or visiting the local towns. It is very close to Sterzing and easy to get there by car or bus (or walk if you like walking). The breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly. The barman is very friendly and service oriented. The pool is warm and well maintained and the rooms were spacious and very clean (kudos to the cleaning team!). Beds are super comfortable! Easy and safe parking too.

Cons: The bar closes at 11pm, also on weekends, which is early compared to some others in the area.

A gem in the Tyrol

Pros: A gem of a hotel, modern facilities set in a beautiful Tyrol landscape. Modern, clean design in a traditional building with balconies, terraces and a car park. Set on a hillside with views down across the fields and up into the hills and mountains. Cool bar with a log fire and a comfortable seating and good drinks choice and a lovely restaurant with great view and a very good menu. We stayed 1 night en route down to the Adriatic coast but will mark it as 1 to return to. Very helpful staff and very good service

Pros: Very nice, lovely hotel near the nature. The room was modern and very spacious, very clean. Loved the check in experience with Thomas, he gave us lots of useful information about. I also loved my dog to be allowed in the bar after dinner and there were treats waiting for him in the room ! How lovely !

Cons: Everything was just perfect, happily again.

Pros: This hotel is run by family so you can feel the warmth! There is a history behind it. Location is good, good parking, great restaurant with amazing breakfast. I must say more about breakfast: they are using just best products for the breakfast, we’ve enjoyed it every day! Bathroom is very nice and clean

Cons: Spa is a bit special. Pool is relatively small and not for swimming (unless you are 5 years old). For spa please note that it is not for 18+ and you should be nude. Nude people can come to pool from spa for a shower. Rooms are spacious but I wish there was at least a kettle in the room

Small Germany in Italy, not for families with kids

Pros: The hotel has a modern and attractive appearance, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Half of the staff members demonstrate very high professionalism, and the food quality is exceptional.

Cons: Even though we were traveling during school holidays and the hotel offered great family rooms, it could have been more kid-friendly. No playground was available, and some of the staff and guests were not friendly towards children (kids can sometimes make noise, what a surprise :) ).

One of the best hotels that I have been to during the last years.

Pros: Everything, from the comfortable, quite and big quality rooms to the staff, which was super friendly and proffessional. Really nice dinner in terms of quality and quantity, the sommelier can offer you a nice wine pairing if decided.

Cons: Really struggle to find something negative about this hotel. Only thing I could say was the spa, the hotel only has a climatized pool with a quiet area and a sauna. No option for turkish-style sauna, cold or warm water pools, aromatherapy etc. If you are looking for it this maybe not be your hotel.

Soggiorno a Campo di Trens

Pros: Viaggiamo spesso negli Hotel con SPA in Alto Adige. Struttura bella, luminosa e recente! Hotel ben curato e personale cordiale e ospitale. Stanze Suite Familiari bellissime: molto pulite, spaziose, dotate di ogni accessorio necessario e comfort. Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona bene in ogni area. Ristorante buono nel complesso, ma nulla di eccezionale (prima cena molto buona, seconda sera meno). Colazione ottima, ricca, fresca e varia per tutti i gusti!

Cons: - Il punto critico dell’Hotel è Area SPA Wellness: una delusione. Ha solo una sauna piccola con postazioni per il relax, alcune molto datate e poco comode. Non paragonabile al altri 4 stelle in Alto Adige. La piscina con idromassaggio carina, ma acqua è quasi fredda! Assolutamente non confortevole. Deve essere calda per un corretto relax. Non ci siamo quindi goduti il relax in area wellness, siamo stati in camera. - Non hanno dei cuscini più rigidi come da richiesta del cliente, hanno solo cuscini molli e poco comodi. - Ristorante: solo due opzioni a menu, a volte usciva il cibo tiepido con porzioni molto piccole. Non ci ha fatto impazzire, anche se era tutto mangiabile. Servirebbe più scelta in un Hotel 4 stelle: buffet solo con verdure, senza altro. - Altra pecca: non accettano tutte le carte di credito, American Express non funziona. Grave in un Hotel 4 stelle. - Paragonato ad altri Hotel similari, il prezzo complessivo è troppo alto per i servizi e la qualità offerta. Nel complesso non credo che ci tornerei, per via della SPA Wellness davvero inesistente

Lieu élégant et moderne, service impeccable, cuisine délicieuse et ambiance cocooning.

Pros: Décoration soignée mêlant tradition et modernité, propreté irréprochable, accueil et service excellents, cuisine quasi gastronomique et piscine très agréable.

Cons: Rien !

Ein einziger Wohlfühlmoment von morgens bis Abends

Pros: Frühstück und Abendessen waren herorragend. Mit Liebe zum Detail in einem wundervollem Ambiente.

Fantastico!

Pros: I titolari e i dipendenti sono molto cordiali e ti fanno sentire il benvenuto. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e ben curata. La piscina è davvero grande!
