Albergo Majorka

Pros: We were extremely surprised that the Albergo was only rated one star, but guessed it was to do with the fact there was no bar or restaurant for evening meals. However, for us it was absolutely perfect on our skiing break - accommodation was extremely comfortable, warm and clean, the breakfast was amazing (local and fresh produce) and the staff were fantastic - kind and very helpful. Boot and ski room was fab, there was a great TV room with tables to play cards or games at, and the skibus picked up and dropped us off at the door. The views were incredible and in the evenings it was only a maximum 20 minute walk to some lovely local restaurants. For us it was the perfect stay and we shall definitely be booking a return trip early 2026.

Nice vacation.

Pros: There is a nice, restored hotel on the top street (slope) of CANAZEI . Their Rooms and bathrooms a cleaned every day. Close to hotel is ski a bus stop (about 15 meters walk) and a private car parking behind the hotel. You can buy tickets for ski bus in reception area. Owners are very friendly, helpful and very polite. Breakfast is served in the dining room, and it consist of one branded ham, sausage, boiled eggs, breakfast cereals, milk, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, fresh bread, rolls and croissants. They cater for same types of breakfast every day, but this is normal in Mediterranean breakfast. We recommended you visit this Hotel for vacation.

Nice place to stay as a base for skiing

Pros: Great stay in a cute Albergo close to both Alba and Canazei.

Cons: Staff were a little serious/not particularly friendly. Breakfast was ample but a little limited in selection.

Amazing. Highly recommend!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were made to feel at ease always. We asked for extra help with certain things and it was never too much trouble. Stefano was always on hand to help with any questions. We particularly liked being based in Alba- a short 15 or 20 minute walk to Canazei. It was near to a couple of cable car stations and Alba bus stop but also very peaceful. The views from the slightly more elevated position above Canaezi were exceptional from our balcony. We felt very comfortable and can’t wait to come again!

A very pleasant stay overall, would recommend.

Pros: A very quiet and cosy B&B hotel, a good selection for breakfast although exactly the same every day, pretty views in the rooms with windows facing Alba, very pleasant balcony with flowers, a cute room with a huge comfortable bed (if you like a firm mattress). Located on a small hill sufficiently far away from the main street and constant motorcycle roar. A store and some restaurants only a few minute walk away.

Cons: The only real drawbacks we felt were the lack of an electric kettle in the rooms and maybe a mini fridge would be a nice addition if you want to have a chilled beer waiting in the room after a hike on a hot day.

Pros: Beautiful modern and clean accommodation. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast was provided but we really wish they had some sort of food option for lunch/ dinner or even snacks available to purchase. There were restaurants walking distance but the the main town was about a 20 min walk so after a long day it would be good to have the option to eat out.

Pros: Krásná čistá chaloupka s výbornou snídaní a parkováním ve dvoře.

Soggiorno piacevole in un albergo ben curato, con camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort.

Pros: Colazione molto buona, con prodotti di qualità. L’albergo è situato in una zona tranquilla e la nostra camera aveva una vista mozzafiato sulle Dolomiti.

Cons: Sarebbe utile avere anche la possibilità di cenare in struttura

Pros: Śniadania bardzo smaczne, pokoje czyściutkie. Troche było ciasno w 3 osoby w jednym pokoju. Uważam, ze tak małych pokoik nie powinni udostępniać dla 3 osób. Poza tym wszystko bardzo,o dobrze. To byl udany pobyt.

Cozy stay in the heart of Dolomites😍

Pros: The property is very well located. We had an amazing view from our balcony. Everyday we were returning to a tidy room, which was unexpected but extremely pleasant! The staff is warm and welcoming, especially the lady who is responsible for the breakfast. The decorations used around the common areas were really nice! We had a wonderful time and are definitely considering coming back😊

Cons: We were 2 adults and one teenager and selected one room for 3, which was quite small and was lacking space for our stuff. It was during the peak season so unfortunately they couldn’t offer us something else, but since they knew the age on the 3rd person, I think the situation could have been avoided! Anyway, it was not a big issue in the end but could be considered as an improvement😊
