Hotel Alpenrose

Pros: Beautifull place , family business , lovely clean room, great staff and amazing food. Great spot for hiking, nice swimming pool and sauna for relaxation , beautiful view Love every minute of my staying

Pros: Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from June 27 to July 3. Everything was perfect — the staff was very friendly, the room was nice, everything was clean, and close by there was a wonderful lake and a funicular ещ 2.310 meters. We chose the half-board option with breakfast and dinner, and we never regretted it: every morning there was a good breakfast, and every evening the dinner menu was different. I also had a special dietary request — no gluten and no milk — and the staff did their best every day to prepare something suitable for me. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our vacation so comfortable!

Cons: P.S. I’m not going to lower my rating, but I hope the hotel management will take note of this comment. It would be nice if the main administrator (the lady with a short haircut in the administrator's room) could be more friendly and avoid rolling her eyes at guests. We felt uncomfortable approaching her, as if any of our actions were being judged from above and commented on

Pros: Staff were amazing, so helpful and happy to chat about the area, wine, food etc. The spa area is fantastic and the view to the Dolomites is exceptional. Food was excellent.

Cons: The pool could have been cleaner, there were a number of large hair clumps floating around for a few days

Pros: Just a perfect hotel. Perfect location, delicious breakfast, super friendly and professional staff - (thank you Dagmar!!) including very helpful owner's daughter. Pretty good dinner. Spacious rooms. Great spa and pool. Amazing views.

Pros: It was an excellent food experience in Alpen Rose restaurant! I was really impressed by quality & taste of dinners. The Hotel has everything to provide a comfort skiing for it's guests. All employees were extremely helpful. Nature and mountains are very beautiful.

Cons: The only thing which disappointed me was the location. In the village there is no almost nothing - restaurants, entertainment, shops.

Pros: Skvělé bylo vybavení lyžárny, stejně tak bazén. Celkově je hotel moc fajn.

Cons: Vysoká cena za pobyt nedosahuje této kvalitě. Například snídaňový budget by mohl být kvalitnější.

Pros: Nádherná lokalita, krásný hotel, milý personál, luxusní jídlo. Vřele doporučuji.
