Incredible value and service

Pros: The value for money for the room and facilitates was amazing. The rooms were traditional pine that's very well kept, very clean. You get to enjoy traditional alpine hotel hospitality and environment, with nice big corridors, stairways, traditional decor that's well maintained. Lovely lounge and terrace, beautiful garden with bar for apertivo's too. The wellness and spa area is beautiful and modern, well maintained. I'd 100% recommend this hotel. Staff were also very nice and welcoming. Was great to be able to walk a few minutes down the road to the lifts too. Shame its in such a small ski area or i would have immediately booked for winter!

Cons: Very minor point, but to me, the food didn't seem to live up to the level of the hotel - however, this is only based on comparison to similar hotels with similar facilities but they had MUCH higher price points. There was nothing specifically wrong with it, it was good and the dining room and service was impeccable.

Pros: La atención del personal de hotel, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación muy agradable y grande, las vistas a la montaña y los caballos un plus. Las piscinas muy cómodas, perfectas después de un día cansado, la exterior... quizás un poco fría.
