Pros: Schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Rosengarten. Hervorragende Küche und sehr hilfsbereites und entgegenkommendes Personal. Der Spabereich ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Jederzeit wieder!

Cons: Der Fön im Bad ist leider so schwach, dass langhaarige Damen besser den eigenen von Zuhause mitnehmen. Die Matratzen empfand ich als erneuerungsbedürftig (?)/zu weich, aber das ist eine persönliche Wahrnehmung... Ansonsten ein Top Hotel!

Relax sulla neve

Pros: Tutto molto bello, la struttura, il personale molto cordiale, la vista sulle montagne, e’ stata la fuga dal caos che mi aspettavo.

Cons: Avevo fatto esplicita richiesta di massaggio con operatrice, al momento di ricevere il servizio mi son ritrovato un operatore uomo, poca attenzione da questo punto di vista.

Ein sehr angenehmer und genussreicher Kurzurlaub.

Pros: Küchen- und Serviceleistung ausgezeichnet. Sehr interessante Menuegestaltung. Wellnessbereich ausgezeichnet - sehr großzügige Ruhebereiche, Saunen und Aussenbecken. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Navi-leitung ab Bozen-Nord nach und in Welschnofen. Wiederfinden in Sackgassen bei der Abfahrt in Bozen und die Zielfindung in Welschnofen.

Leben wie Gott in Südtirol ☀️

Pros: Es sind alle sehr freundlich, sie lesen einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab und man wird von morgens bis abends bestens versorgt und kann sich verwöhnen lassen. Die Pools sind wunderschön, das Essen ist grandios.

Cons: Der Innenpool war an den ersten beiden Tagen am Boden ziemlich verdreckt. Die Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel ist aktuell unter der Woche etwas nervig.
