A Lovely hotel a 2 minute stroll to town centre spotlessly clean and very well priced

Pros: Lovely clean well organised hotel very close to shuttle, skibus and town centre - spolessly clean and very nice staff who went out of their way to accomodate every need - breakfast was splendid

Pros: Super location, very clean and classic style. Staff were great.

A good budget hotel - well run.

Pros: The room was clean and the limited space well thought out- white walls and pine/MDF made a pleasant atmosphere. The shower worked well. The breakfast pastries were very good and the breakfast in general met expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found free parking within a reasonable distance of the hotel. The location in the centre of town means that there are plenty of places to eat - even in the off season.

Cons: Due to building works, We were not able to drive up to the hotel and had to park elsewhere and find our way on foot. There is limited parking anyway and this needs to be booked ahead of your visit. Overall this is a minor inconvenience unless you have limited mobility. The only criticism of the hotel itself I have is I do not rate their coffee.

Enjoyable for the most part.

Pros: Location was right in town. Great spot as we hiked various trails in Dolomites area. So easy to relax after long days hiking without having to worry about driving. Breakfast was adequate & typical European one.

Cons: We were there in August 2025. Very crowded town and traffic is a nightmare in afternoon & evening. Small town & crowded, doing so much infrastructure (roads, buildings, parking) construction all at once If you want peace & less stress for driving, suggest you stay outside of town.

Hotel Olimpia manages the Winter Olympics 2026 preparations well

Pros: Great central location in Cortina. Excellent buffet breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities in your room. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to staying there again next week as we come down from the Rifugio Pomedes.

Would recommend and would stay again

Pros: Great location, lovely staff, and great value for money

Cons: Only qualm is that the bed was very, very firm

Small but omprehensive stay

Pros: The room was quite small but it is expected as seen in the photos. It has everything you needed for staying and going out for activities. Amenities were provided extensively. The hotel might look old but it was clean and well maintained. It is next to the city center - just few minutes away. A staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was offered with various food options.

Great central location and comfortable stay. Minor changes to improve stay recommended.

Pros: Stayed here for a few a few nights and a solo traveller. PROS: - Within the main town so close to all the shops - 10 mins from the main bus station - Staff were cordial and spoke enough English to communicate - Free Breakfast not the biggest breakfast selection but still had everything you want. From eggs, toast, yoghurt, cereal, cheese, meats, baked items and coffee. - Chocolate Croissant was excellent! - Rooms are new and clean and comfortable. - Room has a floor length mirror, kettle, coffee, tea, water bottles (complimentary), TV, closet, safe and the bed has a mantle for your things. - Bathroom included enough towels for my stay.

Cons: CONS: - This was my most expensive accommodation during my Europe trip so I was expecting something more. - Bathroom/Toilet was very small but big enough for a small person to get things done. - The shower handle was broken and I could see temporary repairs have been attempted. For the cost of the room - it’s affordable to purchase a new shower head. I had to hold the shower head as it would not stay up in position. - Bathroom amenities were very basic - shower cap, eye makeup remover pads and cotton buds. - No aircon or heater here - but wasn’t an issue. - No block out light curtains - only sheer curtains so you are awoken as soon as the sun rises. Forget daytime naps - otherwise bring an eye mask. - Can be loud outside because it’s within the town.

Good option / directly in the city centre

Pros: Location: in the city center (close to city walks, but also good as a base for exploring the local hikes. Personell: very friendly, helpful Room: very good, with a balcony Breakfast: I enjoyed it (very good) Cleanliness: very good, everything was clean

Cons: Location: is in the city center, so just have in mind that there can be a city rush from the surrounding bars till very late night Parking: as it is in the very city center, you dont have possibilities like in some other places, however hotel can arrange some if you needed (for a fee). However we have found a free parking place 5 minutes from the hotel (so no problem at all for us) In general: but it is not a hotel fault - Cortina is preparing for the Olympics, so there is some building rush and some inconvenience (for some people this can be a problem), but from my side - even it is nearby a construction site, it has not influenced our stay.

Great location and host.

Pros: Breakfast and location were optimum. Short walk to downtown walking district. Host Alwssabdro was very attentive to our requests and needs.

Cons: Nothing, everything was good.
