Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location and transport to the slopes or a ski bus stop was provided by the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs. Breakfasts were excellent

Cons: We stayed for 6 nights and felt that we could have been offered more than just one free hour in the spa area.

Pros: The whole stay was so wonderful and the staff were incredible - one of the best places we have stayed and will def be recommending it to anyone who wants to travel to the Dolomites!

Cons: Would be good if access to the spa facilities was free throughout the stay for guests but otherwise we loved everything

Really perfect stay for my style

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, modern style, not fussy, simple with lots of raw materials, wood concrete, staff obliging and efficient. Breakfast was not buffet. Really nice lounge room with great decor and furniture to relax in.

Cons: Nothing, Americano coffee could have been hotter!

Hospitality at its best

Pros: Spa, breakfast and concierge staff was amazing. Connected via WhatsApp you can ask anything! They are like friends hosting you, making recommendations and reservations on your behalf! Personal touch is put into everything. When they found out my husband doesn’t eat raw spinach, they cooked it just for him!

Cons: Just note that there isn’t air con, so ask for a fan, air ventaliation was great so with a fan it’s more than enough even in summer- august

Very nice

Pros: The property was very modern, loved the materials used in the bathrooms so cool. Lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful staff, very nice food. Our room was facing the street but the windows are so thick you don’t hear a thing.

Cons: It has no outside space and it gets a bit dark at the restaurant especially when the weather is nice and you want to be out.

Pros: The cleanliness and the bathrooms The breakfast was delicious as was the dinner

Cons: It was very hot at night and when windows were opened you could hear street noise. Also spa was limited to an hours free session per person per stay. I feel it could’ve been more generous
