Great stay, would be back

Pros: Everything was always clean, the property is warm and the staff is very nice. The location of the hotel if you're going for skiing or hiking the dolomites. The dinner was very good also.

Cons: The breakfast could be better, no fruits or vegetables. There aren't many options to choose from so it could be quite repetitive if you're staying for longer.

Quite nice stay with the family on skis

Pros: Breakfast was ok, coffee should be served by automatic machine which will speed up processing. Lack of vegetables was the most seen

Cons: Generally everything was ok but they should remove mold from shower cabinets and have more prepared ski room (not just one single cable heater)

Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned daily. The half-board was great, especially the chef’s special meal at dinner. Rooms for entertainment and board games. The best thing about this trip was the service. Susanna and Alessandro(I hope I spelled them correctly) were amazing! Will come back here for sure.

Great for hikers

Pros: Great location, only a short driving distance from a lot of interesting hiking trails. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Food was delicious - we had half board and both breakfasts and dinners were amazing. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in exploring Dolomites.

Pros: Lumen is a nice middle-sized hotel with big parking. Breakfasts are really good, staf is nice, calm and attentive. It was comfortable to travel by car to San Piligrino and Civetta ski regions, as well as making Sella Ronda and Grande Guerra.
