Hotel with nice location and staff

Pros: The staff of TEA San Pellegrino has been very likable and hospitable. The hotel has a nice location, only 5 minutes driving from the slopes/ski lifts.

Cons: At first we found our room to be quite dissapointing. A two person hotel room for a family with two small children for a whole week. Moreover, the room didn't have a balcony or terrace or anything. However, the staff was so kind to move us (midstay) to a more comfortable 4 person-room with a balcony situated on the southside of the hotel. A really good example of turning a dissapointing experience into a really nice holiday experience by the staff of the hotel. We just have one more piece of feedback: finding a suitable parking spot can be challenging while the hotel is fully booked.

Nice place, clean, spacious, nice staff and tasty dinner

Pros: - very nice staff - run by international team who tries their best to make your stay be pleasant, very polite people - comfortable room and beds - clean - big parking - close to lifts - tasty dinner at their restaurant

Cons: - if you like traditional Italian mountain interiors it's missing there. It was renewed and is 'clean'. To me missing soul a bit, I would invest in some local art :) you are surrounded by woodcraft men :)

Pros: The staff (Hayat and Marika) are so great that even minor inconveniences disappear in the blink of an eye. A very good base for skiing and a great place.

Value for money.

Pros: The property exceeded my expectations. Adding breakfast in that amount was like icing on the cake. The staff was super sweet as well always having a smile on the face - may it be on reception, breakfast area or housekeeping. They even gave for a one day free stay coupon in south Italy. Simply amazing.

Pros: Perfect location and a very pleasant and helpful stuff! Lady at the reception helped us with all the queries! Exceptional treatment of our dog, he was allowed for a breakfast and we were offered a separate table

People make difference

Pros: Its all about people - very nice kind helpful (and energic :-D ) receptionist - nothing was problem and still wants to help with our requests with smile - and helped, without this young women review would be 2* lower We were group of people and hotel provided us what we need - bed shower and breakfast... Very good location directly in Dolomites, even some rooms were smaller we enjoy accomodation Be carefull about some rooms for 4 people - some of them have bed comming from cabinet and bed is very small...

Great accommodation for staying in the Alps

Pros: This guesthouse is a lovely place. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned daily. There were no unpleasant smells. Staff was open and helpful. Breakfast had enough variety and was tasty. There is plenty of parking space on two levels.
