Pros: There is a supermarket near to it 5 minutes by car. Location between Merano and Bolzano. The room was so warm. I have seen two rooms and they were having a balcony. The two women were very, very kind and friendly at the reception and at the restaurant.

Pros: Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era pulita e molto accogliente, esattamente come da descrizione, e nell'hotel c'era un'atmosfera quasi magica, forse complice il periodo natalizio. La colazione ottima: ricca di piatti dolci e molta scelta anche nel salato. Molto comodo il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti dell'hotel.

Pros: Il titolare è stato di una gentilezza e di una simpatia uniche al mondo! Ogni mattina mi ha preparato due uova col bacon spettacolari. La signora Christine è deliziosa, sempre sorridente ed accogliente, prodiga di consigli per le mete turistiche. Menzione speciale per la signora che serviva ai tavoli durante le colazioni: un amore! Camera pulitissima con bellissima doccia e comodissimo divano, balcone splendida vista montagne e tutto in legno, per un magnifico effetto baita. Ho trovato persino un utilissimo zainetto. Parcheggio sempre garantito! Consigliatissimo a tutti, non solo da me!
