Relaxing one night stay

Pros: Really nice hotel - the food and the pools were great.

Cons: There was an issue with fitness center, so was a little bit cold in there.

Pros: Das Personal ist einzigartig. Super Wanderberatung von Paul. Das Essen ist fantastisch, es giibt täglich ein 6 Gang Menue. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Wellnessbereich ist super. Aussenpool sehr schön. Alles Bestens

Es fehlte uns an nichts , der Urlaub war einfach toll !

Pros: Das Hotel überzeugt durch viele kleine Details , die sich in den Dekorationen finden lassen . Es ist alles ganz liebevoll , modern und mit Stiel eingerichtet worden . Im Aussenbereich findet man einen 21 Meter langen Pool und einen Whirlpool! Der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen ! Das Essen Ist sehr abwechslungsreich und außergewöhnlich hochwertig!

Cons: Da müsste ich jetzt sehr lange überlegen und dann wäre das eher sehr sehr nickelig !

Schönes, modernes Hotel für Gäste, die Wellness und gehobene Küche lieben

Pros: Das Hotel ist topmodern und bestens ausgestattet. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Service, der Wellnessbereich und das Essen sind sehr gut. Eigentlich gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen…

Cons: … vielleicht lag es auch an uns, aber wir sind mit dem Hotel nicht richtig „warm geworden“. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir keine Stammgäste waren oder aber daran, dass wir ein bisschen mehr klassische Südtiroler Gastlichkeit erwartet haben. Letztendlich gibt es nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Es ist nur so ein persönliches Gefühl.

Pros: Hotel molto bello, pulito, ottima colazione e cena. Consigliato!

Cons: Nonostante la massima gentilezza, consiglio maggior attenzione al ricevimento con personale adatto alla lingua italiana. Su richiesta della scelta del menù serale sbagliate quasi tutte le portate. Poi prontamente cambiate.
