Wonderful view over the valley.

Pros: Fast and easy communication before our arrival. Easy to check in even though the reception was unmanned. Wonderful view over the valley. Lovely relaxing area with pool. Plentiful and tasty breakfast.

A wonderful family retreat.

Pros: Wonderful pool area, great family size room with kitchen and fabulous breakfast buffet. Views from room were amazing and beautiful walk trails nearby. Close to town centre for shopping. We had dinner in the restaurant and the meals were authentic with a broad range of meals available. Ample safe and secure parking. Nice pool area with lounges was a bonus.

Great touring location

Pros: Beautiful location. I had breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine with a view of the mountains. Freshly cooked fried eggs if wanted. When I arrived I was offered the use of the swimming pool to relax.

A Beautiful place with outstanding service.

Pros: The property was very neat and clean and all the staff were lovely, very friendly and will to accommodate the aussies and our lake of of German or Italian.

Amazing family hotel with playground, pools and amazing breakfast and Pizza!

Pros: Lovely place and great for families with young children! Breakfast had everything and the pizza in the restaurant was amazing! Very accommodating staff and very helpful. We will come back and have already booked our return stay in June!

Cons: On our balcony there was a gap between the floor and wall/window we decided not to sit on this balcony (luckily we had two in our room) as we have a small child that is crawling and could fall down/get stuck, might look at to be filled in. But as we could sit on the other balcony it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect! The facilities were excellent value for money and the location was breathtaking. Upon arrival there was a new member of staff who was training and she was very impressive considering she was new to the role. Just and all around great experience and will definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Gorgeous spot, with excellent facilities.

Pros: A great spot to rest and relax. Short drive to Merano. A great restaurant onsite, and breakfast included. Comfortable, clean rooms and facilities. Would visit again, next time we are in the region
