Pros: Herol is a paradise for those who appreciate nature, comfort, and peace! Our stay here was simply fantastic. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and prepared exclusively with home-grown ingredients. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, and located in a picturesque spot on the mountaintop. After long walks in the mountains, the most wonderful thing was relaxing in the sauna, and those who enjoy warm tea or coffee can enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the mountains. With numerous hiking trails, you're guaranteed a homey, magical time here. The room was very comfortable and clean, cleaned daily. We are very grateful to all the staff at this hotel and really hope to return.

Pros: Amazing stay! Wonderful place for rest and wellness, the spa is magical especially with the fireplace outside under the stars! The view from this place is breathtaking. The food was very fresh and delicious. Eating breakfast with the views of the Mountains was the best way to start the day before heading out to explore the beautiful area. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and magical weekend!

Pros: The view is amazing. We had dinner over there once and food was very delicious

Cons: The design of the rooms is very minimalistic, a bit modest I could say. We don’t have a mini-fridge, maybe two glasses. The towels in the bathroom looked pretty used

Extremly relaxing after a 4 day heavy hike.

Pros: The property has an amazing mountain view, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The dinner menu was delicious and highly recommend, pared with excellent local wine selection. The stuff was friendly and helpful and you can tell the care they put in the place and in the guests’ experience.

Once in a lifetime amazing experience

Pros: Most beautiful location and hosted by genuine family. They were so helpful and lovely. We had the best time.

Cons: The location was wonderful and the view amazing! Dinner and breakfast were fantastic and exactly what was needed for a long day of walking in the mountains. We were extremely lucky and got upgraded to their new chalet accommodation, which was brand new and extra quiet and peaceful. It had its own sauna and hot tub and it was a very special experience to enjoy these with the mountain view.
