Our kids had the time of their lives

Pros: We loved the pool, playroom and facilities for kids. Staff were so kind and thoughtful. The food was delicious.

Cons: Labeling for food allergies could have been better. Staff were very helpful whenever we asked but we had to keep checking food was safe.

Pros: We enjoyed that there was so much for the kids, inside and outside. The pools were all warm and clean. The kids loved the slide as well. We enjoyed the hours for the kids club and that the adults could have a dinner without the children. We enjoyed the variety of food and the salad bar was always on point.

Cons: We did not like that this was stated to be an all inclusive resort but all drinks were charged after 5pm; including a craft of water from the sink even.

Highly Recommend

Pros: Great facilities for children with plenty of activities. The kids care even took the children to dinner so you could enjoy adult time. The children's pool was very warm and comfortable and the slide was great. They gym was also pretty good, but it was outside.

Pros: Faciliteiten voor kids zoals speeltuin, zwembad en buiten tuin was goed. Het eten voor volwassenen was ook goed.

Cons: Eten voor kids vond ik niet goed qua kwaliteit. Aantal keer gewoon een soep of ravioli van het volwassenen menu gevraagd voor de kids. Gek dat dit niet standaard een optie is ook voor hen. De prijs die je bij deze locatie betaald is niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt in vergelijking met andere verblijven

Quasi perfetto..

Pros: Struttura nuova e curata, buffet sempre molto ricco e vario,camera spaziosa e con una vista pazzesca! Tante attività per i bambini ma non tutte adatte a mio figlio di 2 anni e mezzo... nel complesso lui si é divertito tantissimo e noi siamo stati benissimo! Davvero divertente sia per lui che per noi la discesa con i gommoni all'esterno!

Cons: La stanza del miniclub un po' troppo piccola per contenere tutti i bimbi dell'albergo soprattutto in un periodo di pienone come il ponte del 25 aprile! La family spa bella ma poco adatta ad un bambino piccolo piccolo

Pros: colazione abbondante molto piacevole, piscine e zone bimbi davvero bellissime e nuove, anche la cena ottima.

Cons: un po di fastidio per il check in, i modi sono importanti, nell'attesa un infuso o succo non guasta mai. su un price premium sinceramente mi aspettavo dei letti più comodi.
