An Amazing Vacation !!!

Pros: We had an amazing 7-nights stay at Hotel Sun The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, giving every guest personal attention, noticing every detail, and managing the place with true professionalism The view around the hotel is breathtaking🍎🍏, and all the facilities are maintained to a very high standard The hotel’s chef is exceptionally creative and talented – every dish was beautifully presented and on the level of a fine gourmet restaurant We also greatly enjoyed the professional, pleasant, and friendly service of the wonderful waitress Agata Thank you so much🙏🙏, and of course, we’ll be happy to return again soon קבל ‏Outlook עבור Android‏

Perfect staying!

Pros: New, stylish, modern, perfect breakfast and staff! Blond hair waitress was really nice and did everything for my comfort

Cons: Dinner was not really good, small portions, looked really good but I wouldn’t say that it was very tasty, it was okish

Piece of heaven on earth

Pros: Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Dinner was also excellent: 6 course menu with salad bar, appetiser, soup, choice of 2 primary dishes, 3 main dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian) and desert. Every plate was a piece of art. Also included in your stay are Yoga sessions and organised walks/hikes. Swimming pool: very comfortable water temperature, the inside pool and outdoor pool are connected via an automatic sliding door. Stunning view while swimming laps. We also enjoyed the sauna's after a long hiking day. You also receive a free 'Südtirol Guest Pass' which allows you free travel on busses, trains and some cable rides. The owners and Staff are all very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home right away. The rooms and all facilities are all very clean.

Pros: Wonderful property, spa and common areas. The food is delicious and the service is sublime. The room was very comfortable and exactly what needed for a family with two children. We regretted not to have taken our dog. The hotel is truly pet friendly. We will be of full attendance at the next visit.

Pros: Great hotel, good location. Clean and beautiful. Very tasty food. But it was so hot and there is no air conditioner. It was very difficult to sleep.

Cons: The only downside is that it isn’t exactly family/kids oriented place. constant presence on nude people in the sauna area meant our daughter and myself had to miss out on that part.
