Pros: Everything was excellent from the moment I met the receptionist ( check in) to the moment I checked out. The receptionist is such sweetheart and very welcoming, she smoothly checked me in and gave me a room with the most amazing view ever. The room was so clean, comfortable and quite as the whole hotel. I stayed there for two nights, had dinner which is up to your taste and you can tell the chef what you like to eat. They have a wellness and Spa services that you should try. When I checked out and missed the bus, the receptionist helped me and called d taxi service which came in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for your nice and romantic stays if you want quietness from the city hassles. 10 out of 10

Pros: The hotel is very friendly, clean and organised. The receptionist and owner was very friendly and available, as was her husband. A lovely couple. The scenery was magnificent and the hotel is very well located. Dinner at the hotel was very good, the best homemade lasagne we've ever had.

Pros: Questa è la terza volta che torniamo, è deve dire che dall'ultima volta è pure migliorato, era già un gran bel hotel ma ora devo dire che è veramente molto bello e accogliente, nn parliamo del cibo che era ed è rimasto ottiimo, dimenticavo, spa e piscina eccellentissime,

Pros: La gentilezza e l'accoglienza da parte dello staff, la camera da letto aveva una bella vista, la cena e la colazione deliziose, l'area spa ben curata. L'albergo è situato in un ottimo punto per spostarsi nelle varie zone del Trentino (50 minuti da Merano, un'ora e 40 per arrivare in Val Gardena, ...).

Pros: Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità e cene ottime. Il centro benessere è veramente una chicca

Peccato non aver potuto provare la zona spa per ragioni di orario dovute al mio lavoro,rimedierò sicuro in un’altra occa

Pros: Personale gradevole e gentile, struttura pulita e munita di tutti i comfort, mezza pensione abbondante e cucina locale

Un’ottima scelta

Pros: La spa migliore delle quattro provate in zona. Bella camera anche se le dimensioni contenute. Buoni prodotti a colazione. La signora proprietaria super.

Cons: Zona relax non abbastanza calda, ma una volta informata la signora si è provveduto. Mancanza dell’uovo e bacon a colazione perché a me piace molto.
