Great location for family ski holiday. Could be as well very nice during summer, what we want to try.

Pros: Nice spacious and clean room. Delicious 4 course dinners and breakfasts. The staff and the owner being are very helpful, friendly and created really home like atmosphere.

Perfect!

Pros: Hotel with wellness directly on the ski slope. + There are two wellness areas and we went to the top floor one. It has a small whirlpool outdoor with view, restroom, sauna, and cold drinks. + Our room was fabulous: large, clean, well furnished, balcony with mountain view + Breakfast had a very good selection, and dinner included an appetizer salad and soup buffet, first and second course, and dessert. + Ski rental in the hotel, ski lift in 20 meters, you can even ski to the lift! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Ottimo e soddisfacente ::::::

Pros: Mi sono piaciute tante cose ..... l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dell'intero staff, la camera ed il bagno, la ristorazione sia al mattino che alla sera, tutta la spa ed in particolare la sauna all'aperto sulla terrazza. Ma quello che mi è più piaciuto è il servizio per gli sciatori; non sono tanti gli alberghi dove puoi uscire dalla struttura e trovarti direttamente sulle piste con gli sci ai piedi. Il Kristall te lo permette e ti offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare sul posto l'attrezzatura da sci o richiederne la manutenzione. Consigliatissimo !!!

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, gerne wieder!

Pros: Tolle Lage, saubere gemütliche Zimmer, leckeres Essen, nettes Personal (Micha manchmal etwas launisch 😅)

Cons: Fernsehempfang zeitweise schlecht (ARD Olympia funktionierte nicht), etwas durchgelegene Matratzen, Kindermenü fehlt… Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😂😂

Ein himmlischer Urlaub im Schnee

Pros: Ein Zimmer das nach Zirbe, macht glücklich schon beim Eintritt. Und Menschen, deren Passion es ist, Urlauber glücklich zu machen sind einfach grandios. So ein toller Urlaub - für meinen Junghund der erste dieser Art. Herzlichen Dank

Ottimo soggiorno

Pros: La parte della spa era molto pulita e accogliente con saune a vista, nell'entrare in camera ho sentito subito profumo di pulito e di legno che io adoro. Lo staff è sempre stato cordiale e pronto ad accontentare le nostre richieste.
