L'Alto Adige non ci delude mai, bellissimo posto, albergo favoloso e tutti i servizi ottimi

Pros: Bellissimo albergo, tre giorni di coccole e pace, ottimo buffet con vasta scelta e buon cibo. SPA perfetta per ogni relax, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, pulizia e ordine ovunque. Come sempre questo paradiso non ci delude mai, nemmeno nei giorni di pioggia, qui è sempre un piacere per la mente, lo spirito e il corpo.

Pros: Per me e mia figlia è stato un sogno. Eccezionale la qualità del servizio, dai cibi alle stanze, alla spa. Ci è sembrato davvero di essere in una favola per alcuni giorni. Perfetto il servizio di collegamento alle piste. Grazie a Patrizia, Tony, le ragazze e i ragazzi della sala, il signore della navetta (Paul?), tutto veramente indimenticabile....

Pros: Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura. Albergo bello e ben curato, pulizia impeccabile, ci si sente come a casa grazie all’accoglienza dello staff. Cucina di altissimo livello e zona spa ben strutturata. Abbiamo scelto la junior suite: camera molto ampia e luminosissima, dotata di ogni comfort. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente rispetto a strutture di livello analogo. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Einfach perfekt.

Pros: Hotel - einfach super, sehr schöne Lage, toller SPA-Bereich ( Sauna, Pool, Ruhebereich ), Restaurant, Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden ( Außen und in der Tiefgarage ). Essen - reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot und abends noch die Steigerung in Form eines 3-4 Gänge Menüs ( man hat trotzdem die Ausweichmöglichkeit z.B. auf ein Schnitzel mit Pommes ) Personal - von der Putzfrau über die Bedienung bis zum Chef sehr freundlich. Es wird ein Zusatzprogramm angeboten wie ein Besuch einer Käserei oder eine Verkostung von Wein und Käse. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Für uns etwas zu weiche Matratzen.
