Absolutely loved it

Pros: We loved pretty much everything about the place. Room was spacious and comfy, staff always friendly and competent. Spa had new sauna with a view and one swimming pool. Dinners were delicious with great selection of meals with a salad bar and buffet on top of a 3-course menu. It's situated right next to the ski lifts so the location is amazing not only for winter but as well for nearby hikes during the summer (E.G. lake Boé)

Cons: Spa could be opened longer because there's not much to do on rainy days. Jacuzzi was a bit outdated and quite cold.

Excellent location, quality accommodation, friendly staff, the pool was accessible all day

Pros: The location was excellent, access to the lifts was possible from the hotel on skis. The hotel offered a swimming pool , excellent wellness facilities including various types of saunas. Breakfast was rich, buffet style. Dinner was excellent in the form of an experience menu. We enjoyed it

Pros: Appropriate location of the hotel for those who are planning to visit the Dolomite’s sightseeings in the summer, of course if you have a car. Most of them, except a few, are up to one hour distance driving by car. That was the reason we chosen this hotel. Kind and friendly staff. Great spa options. Outdoor sauna i guess is absolutely fantastic in the winter time. Good breakfast, coffee and cappuccino were extraordinary. Nevertheless the hotel location near the road, the traffic ends at 20.30-21.00 and starts at 05.30-06.00, at least our stay . Therefore you can enjoy your sleep even by open windows.

Cons: A bit unusual dinner options. Only provided the hotel menu. No other options.

Clean, spacious, comfy hotel, excellent for cycling/hiking. Good breakfast, bad Wi-Fi.

Pros: Clean & spacious room, nice view. Staff was very friendly. Pool and saunas are nice, there's also a whirlpool. Breakfast offer is quite nice but it get's a bit monotone if you're there for 4+ days (my personal opinion).

Cons: Pool & Saunas are only open for a few hours so if you are cycling/running/doing sports in the area, you might have a problem to use them :( Wi-Fi in the room 113 did not work at all. In general, I think that signal coverage & speed of the internet is too poor. It was hard to work since the connection kept breaking.

Pros: Excellent location, comfy rooms and very good wellness facility. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Available car parking. Near hotel there is a ski lift and excellent mountain lodge (great food, vibe)

Pros: Exceptional hotel, clearly deserves more than three stars. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, comfy and make you feel safe just like home. The beds with high-quality mattresses. The breakfast was superb, with rich selection, amazing fruit jams (where you can really taste the fruit -- a rare thing even in five-star hotels!), very good coffee (no cheap machines, but real coffee), and crispy croissants (cornettos? sorry, im not sure about the difference). A la carte dinner was also exceptional, finally I had a proper roast beef. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Lot of parking space. Clean and comfortable wellness area. Great location for a Dolomiti experience.

Cons: Not all the stuff speaks english, but it was never a problem, since there was always someone readily available who was fluent. The fruit juice at the breakfast was kinda disappointing (actually the same postmix you get at even 4/5-star hotels) - but when I mentioned it to the kitchen manager, he apologized and offered to get me a better one the next day: just amazing.

Pros: Excellent hotel for reasonable price. Good breakfast. There is also an option for half-board. Big room and big bathroom. Modern and elegant furniture. Comfy beds. Welcoming staff, very polite. Spa center is quite good. Relax is the main focus. Nice views and close to ski lift.

Cons: There was some dust on the bathroom radiator, but it was not a big deal. Overall, the space is extremely clean. Keep in mind that the pool is not for children below 16. Also, the pool works until 7 pm.

Superb value, modern hotel, great service

Pros: Room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable and with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. Breakfast offering was great, loads of choice and good quality. Dinner options were great, 4 course every night. The food was mostly good - great dishes but often lacked seasoning. Staff were helpful and friendly with a big shout out to the Breakfast/dinner waiter - an absolutely incredible host. The spa is big, looks pretty new and plenty of facilities. I stayed 5 nights as a base to go climbing in the mountains each day and would happily stay again.
