Laguscei Dolomites Mountain Hotel

Pros: One of the nicest places, the stuff is very kind and guided us with information about the local sights. We were 2 families during summer and we booked with breakfast and dinner, very good food, different dishes at every dinner and you can choose from 3 options. As a vegetarian I appreciated that they had an option for me daily. The waiters are so funny and kind, they made a nice atmosphere and we felt very good everytime. It was very clean, they are cleaning the room daily, comfy bed, nice view of the mountain it's an isolated place and we enjoyed the quietness, lot of parking spaces

Felt so special on our honeymoon

Pros: Our honeymoon stay was unforgettable! The staff made us feel so special with thoughtful touches like flowers and towels on the bed and a decorated table. The cozy chalet-style hotel had incredible mountain and forest views from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious traditional Italian dishes with so many choices and huge buffet spreads for breakfast as well as salads and appetizers. The spa was also a great bonus on a rainy day. Plenty of parking and very welcoming staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel. Every single person from the staff made us feel right at home. The facilities are amazing, the wellness, the pool, the food was absolutely delicious and plenty. We loved it!

Pros: The location is great, we loved the SPA and the view on the mountain.

Cons: The room was advertised as having a double bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. This setup was quite uncomfortable, as the gap between the beds made it difficult to sleep properly.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

Pros: Loved this property - especially loved the staff. Great food, great views, comfortable, nice facilities and the staff at breakfast/dinner were so lovely

Cons: 8am reception opening. Made the mistake of not settling my final bill the night before but wasn’t pressed to do so. Had to leave early the next day and felt terrible the owner had to come in early with her baby to settle my bill and check out. Perhaps they can press their guests to do this the night before. There’s only a little notice at reception which I didn’t pick up on

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location

Pros: Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Lovely facilities and great breakfast. All around a great stay, would recommend!

Pros: Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff speaking a variety of languages, great choice of delicious food for breakfast and dinner which was included. Lovely candies on dinner tables- a nice touch. Fantastic Mountain View’s, great location on the passo compolongo- central for cycling and hikes, lovely facilities at hotel inc pool, wellness centre, bar. Let us keep bikes in our room which was much appreciated, parking available (free if outside, garage is paid for), overall a fabulous stay and we will be back!

Cons: The road out the front can be busy and noisy but you expect that on the passo compolongo and the Mountain View makes up for it.

Pros: Great location for us, all the staff were excellent. Food was very good and plenty of it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Road noise during the day was quite high, it is a very busy pass, but at night it was quiet.

Pros: Perfect location for skiing. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Excellent view of the mountains and the slopes near the hotel
