Pros: The staff here were excellent and very helpful. Meals provided with half board were great. Short shuttle ride to the chair lift which was always ready for us with minimal waiting time.

Great for cyclists

Pros: Excellent value for money. Clean. Nice food. could clean and bring my (road) bike to the room. Amazing new wellness area.

Cons: Small things: Could have reminded guests that you need to have dedicated wet area slippers and cap for the wellness area. Coffee machine (instant powder based) used during breakfast is a bit sad for a place in Italy. Sure it’s possible to get a nice cappuccino for extra pay from the bar. But the standard coffee option could have been a bit better. At least some fresh filter coffee. Otherwise breakfast was excellent.

Great location, food, pool area and personnel.

Pros: Location was very good for hiking and also every famous place was just around 1h away. Pool area is great, warm not cold.

Cons: Beakfasts are after a few days booring and still same. Pillows under head are hard and small but this is just subjective.

Pros: A great spot at a fair price with super friendly and attentive staff and a cozy new wellness area. Direct ski slope connection. Delicious, local food.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit tiny for two and the walls were quite wafer-thin.

Great and nice place with perfect location.

Pros: Amazing place! Do not get fooled by its look from outside. They are trying to renew it. This place has nice and clean spa&wellness. Awesome saunas (the hay one was amazing). And the staff of this hotel was really great. We visited for a few days just right after our wedding and they all were so kind we even got special gifts at our hotel room. And the main waiter (a guy) was incredibly nice. He chatted with us every evening, the service was perfect! Thank you for making our stay very pleasant :)

Cons: Just one small thing and it was same food to choose from every morning for breakfast.
