Love this hotel. Just perfect

Pros: We stayed at the accommodation for a week to go skiing with a family of 4. The hotel and wellness are fantastic and the food was delicious. Special thanks to our waiter Gabriele for being funny and suggesting superb local wines.

Fantastic scenery, great facilities and warm and welcoming staff.

Pros: We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and hospitable, the hotel was comfortable and had a lot to offer (pool, gym, sauna. E-bikes and more), and the food was very good.

Cons: Not much really.

Best hotel I have ever stayed

Pros: The best hotel we have ever stayed! Everything was fantastic the food was amazing, the staff so friendly and the spa was out of this world! Walking distance to the slopes where there are some beautiful hikes! Great skiing and lots of mountain huts for refreshments! We enjoyed many treatments and relaxation! The sauna session is also a must! Thankyou so much we will definitely be back! The view from the room and pool was unbelievable!

Cons: If there's anything to suggest it would be a smart tv in the room to enjoy some movies after a long day.

The perfect cake with the icing and the cherry but the cherry needs to be sweeter.

Pros: Superb location, amazing view, panoramic pool and rooms, sublime service and excellent food. The detail to attention tells you that this hotel is the collective imagination and realisation of the whole family who owns it.

Cons: For the money paid the smaller saunas need a revamp and better heating, the pool tiles need a little bit more cosmetic work and slippers should be supplied as standard.

Relaxing and fun.

Pros: The hotel was a real oasis in the middle of our family European holiday. It was total relaxation and the views from every part of the hotel was amazing. Staff were also very friendly.

Cons: Difficult to get to with out a car.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: - the fantastic view from the room and the pool - the SPA area with different saunas, tea, fruits and water - the gym with great view - the modern, big and comfortable rooms - the helpful and very kind staff (Luigi) - the surrounding (nature, calm) - the breakfast with a great choice - the 4-course dinners in the evening

Cons: - minor things - for example we wished to have some drinks at the pool (as an idea)

Counting down to when we can visit again!

Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were super helpful and so lovely. The facilities were next level. The restaurant was outstanding and so accommodating for our daughter (20months)

Cons: The heating in the room was unable to be adjusted and it got sooo hot. We just cracked the balcony door open though so it wasn’t an issue.
