Pros: Dinner, brekfast, personal. Only black women black driver not ok.

Cons: Bus driver black women, didnt pick up us on time. 10.30 She was late 40 minut. She lied ... And wheh she come she was very angry. Everything would be ok if she said sorry guys, but no she lied that she was there on time. Receptor women saw that she was not there...

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent food, thank you for everything.

Pros: Staff, food and rooms was even better than expected. Price and comfort ratio is perfect. Very helpful staff members and spacious room.

Pros: This is a nice place to stay if you want to explore this area. The accomodation was clean, the rooms had enough space. The half board was tasty and provided enough food all the serving time along, though it was not changing that much from day to day. The stuff was very friendly. The value we got for the money was good.

Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel, so we were already familiar with what to expect. The service remains consistently pleasant and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The spacious, abundant breakfasts and dinner options were a highlight, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel's location provides convenient access to some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy outdoor winter activities.

Pros: Peacefull location a bit out of the centre... Very good Buffet meal choice. Very cleaned room.

Cons: In our room the TV should have a position opposit of the bed, otherwise cannot be watched without bending the neck in some odd positions... Shuttle service is necessary and provided for free (which is excellent), but could be organised more frequently.

Pros: The location is perfect. The breakfast and dinner were good. The bed and towels were clean. The hotel looks old, but it's ok to stay for 1 night: especially thanks to the presence of a restaurant.

Cons: We booked a room with a mountain view, however, we got the room on the first floor, under the balcony with a view of the dumpsters and the fence. The number was changed after complaints, but the aftertaste remained. We didn't identify wi-fi. And there was no soap in the shower.

Pros: Excellent location,very pleasant and helpful staff

Cons: I pointed out to reception,the shower head was faulty. Unfortunately they only fixed it in the morning if our check out

The good value for money. We booked the room for 3 and there was also a walk in closet. Overall stay was quite good.

Pros: The locations was great with free car parking in front of hotel.

Cons: The breakfast was quite messy however dinner was quite OK.

Pros: The property’s location was good and the property was decently made
