Relaxing hotel

Pros: Good breakfast. Helpful staff, comfy room and ensuite bathroom.

Cons: Nothing. Glad I stayed there

Pros: Comfortable room - lovely breakfast - few minutes drive to ski resorts (or nearby bus to ski resort) - lots of free parking spaces at the hotel - great boot room for storing snowboard and boots. Great heating in room.

Cons: Everything was perfect for my stay, where I just needed a bed for the night and a good breakfast before snowboarding for the day.

As a cheap bed on a driving holiday it's got everything you need.

Pros: Breakfast was a huge buffet, most problematic bit was finding our table, they are pre-allocated to rooms and there are a lot of them as it's a big place! Food and choice was great through. Tons of parking, beer very reasonably priced. It's an out of town activity hotel so has loads of extras you wouldn't find in a town centre hotel. Shower was very good. Loads of good eating places around, we used Bar Heidi and it was great, really good Stinko.

Cons: It's a little noisy, both due to all the kids running around and the plumbing from other rooms.

Good for one night..

Staff makes the place

Pros: The place is great but the people there are exceptional. Starting with the girl at reception who was very helpful and considerate with a smile all the time. The lady in the restaurant was very kind and amusing

An Unforgettable experience in Dolomiti!

Pros: Perfect location in Val di Fassa to explore the gorgeous Dolomiti. Very nice staff, clean and quiet rooms. Park outside the hotel. Very good view on Sas Pordoi. Good breakfast and dinner. Suggested!

Cons: One little thing: there was no fruit for breakfast.

Pros: Very good and tasty breakfast, nice restaurant staff.

Cons: There is a slurry pit nearby from which a rather strong stench emanates.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Value for money, breakfast. friendliness of staff.

Cons: Not too many restaurants nearby and did not have a car. Hotel food good but like to venture out. used skibus to get to nearest town and walked back as weather good

Wonderful stay in the hotel,

Pros: We were with a car so the location for us was ok, the breakfast was ok too, We are 6 people so the room is very clean and comfortable The hotel staff are great, very helpful, and have a lot of patience One day it was very snowing so they suggested other things to do The hotel feels like home

Perfect Stay

Pros: We stayed 5 nights. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff are super sweet and Gabriella made us feel instantly at home. I can't believe people as hospitable as her exist. I can't count how many times she went ridiculously out of her way just to make our stay perfect. She also gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants around the area, made a reservation for us at a super busy restaurant using her connections, and helped us find cheap via ferrata gear near the hotel! The food we had for dinner at the hotel was glorious and the breakfast had a large, wholesome selection including eggs made on request! The area around the hotel is beautiful and the view from the parking has no business being a view from a parking XD. There's also soccer nets near the hotel for anybody craving some footy. The hotel was also super clean and the crowds super fun to hang around. The 4 person room was bigger than it looked in the picture!

Cons: I guess the upper bed on bunk beds is a bit uncomfortable, but you can easily just remove the mattress and put it on the floor instead then you're all good.
