Beautiful setting with several drawbacks
Pros: The hotel’s location among apple orchards and vineyards offers lovely mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for breakfast and dinner with a view. Very good breakfast and delicious dinner dishes even though there are not that many options to choose from.
Cons: It is far from most Dolomiti attractions, with limited activities in the area. The bed was stiff for our taste, the pillows uncomfortable (even though we were brought new ones), and the modern, concrete-and-black-trim design made the room feel dark and uninviting. Our garden room did not receive morning sun due to the building’s orientation. The Wi-Fi worked poorly to almost not working at all during our stay, which was somewhat annoying since we didn’t have phone service either beeing surround by mountains. The pool area was on the small side and often crowded. While the surroundings are scenic, the overall experience did not fully meet my expectations.

Pros: Amazing place! around the mountains, the view is simply magical
Cons: An unpleasant surprise is that the chalet does not have air conditioning for cooling. Sometimes it was very stuffy. The waiters in the restaurant are not very friendly, although the food is tasty and the prices are reasonable.

Pros: Great sauna and pool area, with a great view. Even if it’s full it doesn’t feel crowded. You can tell everything was carefully designed and it is appreciated.

Ottimo hotel per rilassarsi tra le montagne
Pros: La struttura è nuova, ben curata e in un'ottima posizione sia per visitare i paesini circostanti sia per andare sulle piste. La colazione è molto ricca e gustosa. Anche i piatti del ristorante sono molto buoni (cantina di vini ben fornita). I cocktail del bar sono fantastici e lo staff è davvero gentile. Le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose, soprattutto silenziose. Il riscaldamento è perfetto, la camera è sempre accogliente al rientro.
Cons: Anche se è la vibe dell'hotel, l'ho trovato molto buio. Nelle camere specialmente potrebbero esserci più luci, specie verso l'armadio e i vari armadietti perché dentro non si vede niente. La spa è rilassante, la piscina esterna riscaldata con vista una vera chicca ma manca una piscina interna purtroppo.

Pros: Molto bello l'hotel di recente costruzione Camere comode, grandi e spaziose Ristorante alla carta molto buono (forse un po' poca scelta), colazione a buffet ottima, cena take away portata in camera buona e abbondante.
Cons: La spa è un po' piccola, con piscina interna/esterna riscaldata (forse qualche grado in più dell'acqua con il freddo eccessivo del momento del nostro soggiorno) e 2 saune.

Pros: Accoglienza perfetta, con la dovuta elasticità per gli orari di check in e check out. Cortesia e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale. Eccellente la colazione e ad anche il ristorante. La camera adeguata alle nostre aspettative, così pure la l'area spa. Un posto accogliente dove ti fa piacere starci e tornarci.

Pros: Sehr nettes Personal. Speziell das junge Serviceteam beim Abendessen waren sehr nett. Teilweise Damen aus Kambodscha, die ausgezeichnet Deutsch und Italienisch sprechen. Auch an der Bar super nettes Service. Mitglieder der Besitzer Familie jeden Tag voll dabei. Bar, Rezeption, Shuttle Service. Sehr fleißig.
Cons: Die Matratzen vom Bett vielleicht etwas hart für meinen Geschmack. Aber jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, kurze Wege, top Wellness, sehr nettes Personal
Cons: Es wäre schön die Hotelpatschen zu bekommen, vor allem wenn man zum Wellness geht, Tisch im Restaurant muss man sehr früh reservieren sonst bleibt nur die Takeaway Möglichkeit.
