Ciasa Alpina Relax Hotel

It had everything we needed, good value for money,excellent location, great food and facilities.

Pros: Beautiful view, extremely kind and helpful staff, excellent food,very close to ski area, easy walk to Moena which is a very nice place.

10/10 – Fantastic family ski stay with exceptional Staff

Pros: We stayed at Ciasa Alpina Relax Hotel in Moena for a week ski holiday (two adults + two kids) and had a truly wonderful time. The absolute highlight was the Staff — every single person was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and They were always happy to share tips, help with anything we needed, and make sure our stay was comfortable. Every single Person was absolutely brilliant. Thank you! The hotel was also spotless throughout — rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well cared for. The food was another big plus: delicious meals, great quality, and we always looked forward to breakfast/dinner after skiing. The hotel itself is well equipped, very nicely decorated, and has a warm, cosy feel that’s perfect for a winter trip. Overall, it felt like a place that’s run with pride and attention to detail. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after — and we’d happily come back!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms are basic but clean and warm. Breakfast snd dinner wete delicious. Centre of Moena is 5 min away. We came for the Olympics and the bus to Predazzo was free. Tha staff are very nice snd they speak English good.

Cons: If you are on foot it ia a good 15 min walk uphill from Moena.

Pros: Hotel was very nice. Location is good. All stuff are very friendly and they like to help. Room and food was very good and it was enough to eat.

A goldmine of a hotel.

Pros: Absolutely everything. All of the staff were welcoming and very accommodating in both the reception and restaurant. The food is exceptional for a 2 star hotel. The room was without the usual coffee/tea making facilities or mini bar ( hence it’s a 2*)but all of this is available at the bar downstairs. The WiFi is poor but to be honest even this was a plus as we disconnected from artificial world allowing us to marvel at and enjoy the fabulous views and sights within the vicinity and around. We took our dog with us on the trip and he too was make very welcome.

Top place to stay in the Dolomites with one of the most delicious food we've taste in a Hotel.

Pros: We were impressed by the dinner and service of the place. It is also a top destination in the Dolomites - being able to hop in all of the famous ski places. The hotel is really a gem - exactly what a ski hotel should be. Highly Recommended

Cons: The room was a bit condensing from the clothes, making it a bit wet - but it is something that you can't escape from I guess.

It is really close to Moena’s centre, perfect to spend some time in the montains.

Pros: Very tidy, clean and warm. Perfect for staying in the montains. The staff where very kind and happy. Enrico (one of the waiters) made us feel straight away at home, he made us laugh and he was very professional. Simona and Alessandro we very welcoming and lovely to talk to aswell. We really recommend the Hotel!

Pros: Colazione top! Posizione buona e tranquilla, ma non comodissima da raggiungere, soprattutto a piedi, in quanti si trova molto più in alto rispetto al paese.

Cons: Aggiungerei due cuscini più alti e il porta carta igienica

Cons: Mi dispiace che al posto del letto matrimoniale ci fossero due letti singoli e che quindi la notte si aprivano in Continuazione e che quindi non si poteva dormire comodamente e liberamente
