Pros: Location was great, room was modern and clean and breakfast was excellent

Cons: you need to pay extra to access the Spa

Pros: Everything!! The service, the food was excelent, the rooms were cleaned very good, the spa was also very nice and clean and the owners and the staff were very friendly. Special regards and thank you to Olimpia who was very helpful and nice and made our stay very pleasant. I would also like to mention Daniela. We will definitely stay here again if we come in this region!

A warm, comfortable stay with excellent food, friendly service, and a perfect location.

Pros: A lovely family-run hotel with a clean, cosy room and truly kind, welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent and high quality, with freshly cooked omelettes, yoghurt, fruit, local honey, and delicious homemade breads and brioche. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was extremely tasty and well prepared. Perfect for a skiing holiday thanks to the heated ski storage, and ideally located just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommended.

Pros: We stayed one night at Hotel Serenella in Moena and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel is cosy and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. Moena is a beautiful village with stunning views of the Dolomites, and we would be very happy to return for a longer stay.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We were a large group and it was so nice to meet in the common area for a drink in the evenings after skiing. The spa area is great. Needs to be booked ahead of time but as a group we had the whole place to ourselves. Also it has ski storage. The highlight is the breakfast. It was one of the best we had in a long time. The restaurant also looked very good…! Not far from the city center.

Pros: Finally, La Serenella - it is a fantastic place, great food and company. But Italian is a must.

We loved our stay and will hopefully be back one day to enjoy it again!

Pros: We loved the location of the hotel. We were easily able to walk into Moena and have a bite to eat or look around the lovely shops. It was also close (a 15 min drive) to the chair lifts which took us up the mountain and allowed us tp walk in the spectacular mountains. The hotel staff were wonderful and so friendly and welcoming. They were there to answer all of our questions and advise us on where to go (e.g good hikes). The food in the restaurant was excellent- everything is made fresh in the hotel and so delicious. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety.

Cons: The beds were a little hard. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Pros: Simply a great hotel in a beautiful town. Everything about La Serenella feels right - attentive staff, tasteful decoration, functional rooms, and great food. It offers very high quality at a reasonable price.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, there is everything you could desire. Very kind and helpful staff (special mention goes to Roberto). Perfect location as it is 5 minutes from the ski area. Definitely recommended!
