Pros: The staff is suuuper nice, very friendly, we loved it. Breakfast is very good, and all the facilities were very clean, nice and spacious… even the bar is cozy for a hot cup of tea before bed.

Cons: It’s not great that guests have to pay extra for the wellness centre since it is inside the hotel.

Lovely stay

Pros: Beautiful cosy room with a stunning view. Really enjoyed the spa as well. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: Lift was broken, as was the fridge in our room, which when travelling with a baby and a dog is not ideal.

Perfect for price/offer

Pros: This hotel was great for our group of 3 friends. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and they had a big choice of local wines. We really enjoyed the spa — with the rainy and snowy weather in April, it was so nice to relax in the warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good choice. We would love to come back!

Very pleasant and cosy tyrol environment

Pros: The location is impeccable, the views from the balcony was just amazing! Fresh croissants in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly staff who would bend bars for you if you asked!

Cons: There was no minifridge on the room. TV on our room was placed very high up, and in a corner. The door to the bathroom slipped from time to time.

Great staff, friendly and helpful and the hotel has a family feel.

Pros: Whole hotel has a friendly, family feel and when we had an issue with our motorcycle they did everything to help us out. We were very grateful. Food in the restaurant was authentic and tasty.

Cons: The only downside is how far it is up the hill but it was good exercise and you got a great view so not a problem.
