Fantastiskt hotell med god mat och jättebra service

Pros: Familjärt hotell med fantastisk service. Enkelt att få hjälp med vad man än behöver. Spa med fler olika bastu och relaxrum. Väldigt god mat så jag rekommenderar att boka inklusive middag. Varje dag fick man välja mellan 2 förrätter, 2 huvudrätter och 2 efterrätter. Alla måltider var väldigt goda.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone and are trying to plan a trip back during the summertime.

Pros: Beautiful location. This hotel is family owned and the family is very present in the daily operations. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The evening meal is delicious and a very good price. The sauna area is beautiful and clean, and the aromatherapy showers and ice bath are an excellent addition to daily sauna. There is ample parking if you have a car. If you aren’t comfortable with German or Italian, the staff speak excellent English. They gave us very good intel into local hiking and skiing, and the daily room rate includes the local transportation pass.

Cons: Our lofted room was a little warm, even with the heating down and the winter months. There was a fan which helped a lot.

Consigliato assolutamente a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole, in un ambiente accogliente e con un’ottima cucina.

Pros: Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Nova Ponente, ben collegata con i pullman per raggiungere sia Bolzano che Obereggen. La cucina è ottima e di grande qualità. La camera è ampia, ben riscaldata e pulita quotidianamente. La famiglia Herbst è estremamente accogliente – un ringraziamento speciale alla nonna Marianne, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Anche il bar offre prodotti di buona qualità. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliato assolutamente!
