Incredible cosy mountain-top retreat

Pros: The hotel was really cosy and quiet, the breakfast was excellent, well served and with many options. The restaurant prices were reasonable, especially considering there aren’t many other places nearby, which could push prices up. The staff were kind and helpful at all times.

Cons: The room heating was actually a bit too strong — at times we felt very warm and couldn’t adjust it to a more comfortable temperature, but we certainly didn’t feel cold (laughs). We hadn’t noticed in the description, but the hotel is located on the highest plot at the top of a mountain. The view was beautiful, but it was a bit isolated from other amenities — luckily we had a car.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: Large rooms with plenty of space, and big bathrooms with towel dryer as well. Great breakfast. Right to the hotel there is a great restaurant with fair price that is part of the same condominium. Free parking and great surrounded area where one can go for a walk. Staff were really nice! Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Cons: I think what could be done a little bit better is to show the guest some attractions to do in the city/region. There are some papers and indications at the hotel hall, however if it was part of the check in process we could ask further questions and understand better the options. Overall, Dolomites was not that easy to someone that travels from the other side of the world to find stuff to do (although there are plenty!). In the end we got recommendations from Tiago, who served our dinner. Which were great!

Nice hotel in a beautiful location

Pros: Beautiful location, big convenient parking, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. A great place to stay while exploring the region by car.

Nice hotel for stay during trip

Pros: Nice room with balcony, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good. Stay during motorcycle trip, and for night it's possible to park in garage. Elevator is available from garage level so there is no need to carry bags via stairs. Recommend for stay during mototrip

Pros: Comfortable hotel in a beautiful spot, 5000 feet up in the mountains. Super friendly and helpful staff and a decent bar and restaurant in the hotel opposite. Secure parking for our bike under the building. Breakfast was included and was good.

Cons: Room was a little cool, but blankets were provided promptly when asked for.

Pros: Easy check-in, nice staff, beautiful room. Everything looked just like in the pictures

Cons: No air conditioning, it was really hot. Not really soundproof. Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Pros: Our ropm was veru clean, breakfast was decent, staff was polite.

Pros: The location was amazing! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean.

Cons: The only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved.
