Pros: Location is amazing , staff at the restaurant are super nice and lovely. The food is great, I love the juice machines to make fresh juice in the morning! The spa and the pool/sauna areas are super beautiful

Cons: They put us in a little room facing the car park, I have booked the hotel 3 months in advance and I was expecting a much better room. Specially because the price I paid was 500 euros more expensive than at the time of the check in for the same dates. I have asked a change of the room but it was full so it was not possible. Also note that the spa is mix and you are not allowed to enter in swimwear, that was not explained on the time of the booking

Pros: Great stay, food, spa, absolutely everything. Very close to the ski lift and has the place to keep the skis.

Mountain paradise

Pros: We love coming back to this hotel, now is even better with the new pool and wellness area. The staff is a huge plus of the hotel, from the cleaner to the front door to the bar and the restaurant. The room are big enough for everything you need, clean comfortable and quiet The hotel location is just perfect during the whole year, skiing during winter hiking in summer and is very quiet too.

The place to feel at home in Obereggen!

Pros: Services and the exceptional welcome from the staff and director (our compliments to Diego and Paolo). The unique view of Latemar from the terrace is breathtaking! The rooftop pool is awesome (pity it is not heated).

Cons: To improve the “break moment” at 4pm with cakes (we also didn’t like the desserts served during the dinner).
