Pros: Exceptional kindness and great support from the staff. Especially at the reception. Very good location.

Cons: The weekly BBQ could be a bit more sophisticated.

Great location to explore this part of the dolomites for a few days.

Pros: Great location to explore the dolomites during summer for a few days. We stayed 4 nights with oir 3 kids. We had a suite with 2 rooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The kids (6, and 10 years old) loved the swimming pool en the food (we took breakfast & dinner) were good. The person at the reception was extremely friendly (recommending hikes, arranging late check-int etc…). The BBQ on Thursday evening was great!

Cons: It’s a bit old fashioned and the beds weren’t really great. The food is good but don’t expect true fine dining: although you’re in Italy, the food is much closer to Austrian cuisine.

Pros: Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e, quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno fatto un upgrade dandoci un appartamento. Per noi che eravamo in due è stato molto comodo. Accesso diretto agli impianti. Colazione molto ricca. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Wonderful.

Pros: The overall feeling was that the hotel does its best to satisfy us. The location was excellent, with two elevators bringing us to really great walking areas. The dining room staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was home-made-tasty. The pool and the sauna were wonderful (though the water was too hot in the jacuzzi and a bit cool in the pool itself). The pictures on the walls were a real art warming our souls.

Wij komen zeker terug!

Pros: Wat een fijne locatie is dit! We hebben met ons gezin heel erg genoten, een kleine van 10 maanden en een peuter van 2. Lekker zwemmen in het zwembad en de leuke speelkamer waren erg populair. Het eten was goed, we hadden niet verwacht dat dit zooo goed zou zijn. Evenals het ontbijt. Goed, correct en leuk personeel. Luigi stond er altijd als er vragen waren. Net als het personeel in het restaurant.

Cons: Als we wat kunnen noemen, was dat de kamers vrij warm waren. Een airco zou een mooie aanvulling kunnen zijn.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel und können es empfehlen.

Pros: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Sessellifts oberhalb des Ortskerns von Obereggen. Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons: Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war etwas schwach. Man musste sich anstrengen, um eine Wanderkarte zu lesen.
