Great

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile. The food was delicious and of very high quality. We stayed in a large, comfortable family room, which was perfect for us. The hotel offers a warm ski room, a swimming pool, and a large parking area right next to the building. There is also a ski service available at the hotel – we used it and were very satisfied. The location is excellent: only a 6-minute drive to the Alpe Lusia ski resort, a grocery store just next door, and a beautiful surrounding area. A fantastic location, perfect for a family ski holiday. We will definitely come back!

Lovely place, brilliant value for money

Pros: The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were large and we were fortunate enough to have 2 balconies with Mountain View’s, breakfast was good nothing ran out and the staff couldn’t do enough to look after us

Cons: Just times a bit limited for the spa facilities but that is only a comment not a complaint

Great little stay in the Dolomites

Pros: Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, swimming pool was a good touch but opening hours 3pm to 8pm not great It would be nice if there be a few hours in the morning. Nice to have little colouring activities for kids during meals.

Cons: We had dinner one evening food was nice but portions a little small and quite pricey for the quantity of food you get.

Service was really perfect 👌

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here ❤️. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfasts with a huge variety of options. The apartment was clean. Towels and bathrobes were there too.

Cons: We didn’t have a balcony, but the view from the window on the mountains was amazing.
