Newly partially renovated in 2018, a 5-minute drive from the centre of Sterzing, Naturhotel Haller offers an indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a restaurant. Pros: nice buffet in the morning and waitress was very helpful and they asked us every morning if we want to have something special from the kitchen, like eggs. Friendly Staff at the Front Desk :)

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni davvero in totale relax in un ambiente confortevole . Colazione ottima e abbondante,cena curata con buffet di antipasti davvero ricco e piatti serviti molto curati e buoni. Bella zona spa e davvero tanta gentilezza e cortesia.abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno e a fine soggiorno sono stati gentilissimi scalandoci 50€ dal conto finale. Che dire onesti e gentili, sicuramente ci torneremo.Grazie!!!!

Heerlijk hotel

Pros: Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Van te voren dat ik graag mijn elektrische auto wilde laden en ze hadden speciaal voor mij een parkeerplaats gereserveerd. Heel goed geregeld. Hotel ligt op een mooie plek en personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ik was op doorreis en had half pensioen geboekt wat goed was.

Cons: Sauna is wat klein en steeds vol. Zou er een bij plaatsen voor zoveel gasten. Iets ruimer assortiment ontbijt.

Bene ma con qualche accortezza in più...

Pros: struttura accogliente e pulita, un Po' datata ma comunque in linea con la categoria. Buona la zona Spa e piscina. Cena soddisfacente ma non ricercata. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, mancavano solo le uova strapazzate. Personale gentile e accomodante.

Cons: Cuscini molto scomodi infatti abbiamo chiesto di cambiarli con altri più duri per riuscire a dormire, la nostra richiesta è stata subito accolta. Nel bagno manca il bidet. Una cosa che non ho apprezzato è l'addebito di 2€ per la brocca d'acqua del rubinetto a cena... non è tanto per il valore economico di 2€ ma per il gesto... è davvero ragionevolmente necessario far pagare 2€ la brocca d'acqua del rubinetto che dovrebbe essere offerta a prescindere?

Pros: TUTTO OK, ABBONDANTE SIA LA COLAZIONE CHE LA CENA. PISCINA BELLISSIMA, PULITA, E CONFORTEVOLE. SAUNA OK.

Cons: SONO UN TIPO UN PO PIGNOLO, HO CERCATO MA NON HO TROVATO NIENTE CHE NON ANDASSE BENE, SIA NELLA STANZA, NEL BAGNO, AL RISTORANTE, NELLE PULIZIE, ALLA RECEPTION, NEI PASTI OTTIMI E ABBONDANTI, PERSONALE SEMPRE GENTILE E PRONTO A TUTTE LE RICHIESTE, ECC.
