Great location, amenities and vistas to surrounding areas

Pros: This place was landlocked in a valley between two tall mountain ranges - an incredible view no matter where you were. The pool side (infinity pool) or from your balcony. The breakfast buffet was a great verison compared to continental sugerfilled breakfasts at other places. You even had the option to make your own green juice. Dinner salad buffet mixed with a set menu was a hit, too. The place allows dogs, even in the restaurant, and has treats for dogs, too. Can't recommend this place enough. To top it off, being close to Dolomites, this place was just hidden away enough to escape the mass crowds and you had the sense of being completely off the grid.

Cons: Places like these comes at an expense, and it was indeed a steep price for something as simple as a place to sleep. Considering all the amenities, it is still a deep dive into your pocket - unless you are a rich individual. The salad buffet was more or less identical for all 5 days we were there, with only minor variations.

Our best stay in the Alps

Pros: Our room was very spacious and equipped with a nice whirlpool. Amazing view from the room and also from the infinity pool! Staff was amazingly friendly, attentive and thoughtful, they always helped us with even the smallest things. Breakfast and dinner was hearty and great selection, local beers and wines are highly recommended! :)

Cons: Only one small thing, liquid shampoo would be a nice option in the room, instead of the soap-like firm version.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were wonderful . Room was big and cosy and balcony with mountin view was a highlight of our room. Infinity pool was amazing but too small for all the gest.

Cons: Hotel needs one more pool ,it's too croudy with only one pool and so many guest and kids. And all the signs at hotel are on german, I think they must be on english too !

Excellent hotel, everything was just perfect.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The location is beautiful, the room was very clean, spacious and they also prepared bowls and carpet for our dog. The wellness area has a lot of options, several pools and saunas. And the dinner option included in the price was just perfect. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Excellent wellness hotel in Südtirol

Pros: Friendly, well trained staff. Everything was clean. Great pool and gym with view of the valley . Excellent breakfast and dinner. Large room with nice view. Good evening entertainment

Pros: One of the best hotels i’ve been so far! We couldn’t find a thing we didn’t like. Hotel was located in a beautiful area,sorrounded by mountains, big spacious room, the saunas & infinity pool fantastic, food was DELICIOUS, and the service on top!

Cons: La temperatura troppo bassa delle piscine,sia interna sia esterna. Abbiamo trovato eccessivo il costo di 5€ della bottiglia di acqua non chiusa ermeticamente servita a cena e senza la traccibilità della provenienza così come il costo di 1,40€ per un bicchiere della stessa al banco bar
