Charming and welcoming stay

Pros: I had to travel to Bolzano for work. I booked this hotel last minute (little reviews, found out they are new to booking as the new owners just took over and are revamping an old hotel) but was surprised to find it peaceful and relaxing. Big parking space on its premises, I had a room with views of the mountain and could relax during my time there... I will say, not a fancy modern hotel but closer to your local mountain experience... I liked it!

Pros: Freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, gute Lage , sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir konnten nach 22:00 Uhr noch Pizza essen

Pros: Comfortable cabin feel room in the heart of the Italian North. Room check in was quick and easy, had great service at the front. Easily accessible by the train station with a short walk or a bus. Can get to Predazzo quick easily from location. Provided nice amenities such as towels and water.

Cons: Rooms are certainly on the smaller end, will have to get comfortable. High rates for the value of the room, but this is largely due to high demand.

A beautiful stop in the Dolomites.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plus the town is just delightful and Goldenhof is very convenient to the train station - just a mile away. We needed a very late check in and they could not have been more accommodating.

Cons: Nothing.

Struttura a gestione famigliare. Staff cortese e disponibile

Pros: A circa 20min da Bolzano. Sicuramente sono ottimi l'ampio parcheggio gratuito, il giardino esterno, la presenza di un ottimo ristorante pizzeria e la piscina coperta. Stanze ampie e e ristrutturate.

Cons: Abbiamo segnalato un problema di disattenzione dello staff di pulizie.. puo succedere.. Comunque il proprietario si è scusato e impegnato a cambiarci subito la camera. Il riscaldamento in camera cosi cosi ma è presente il clima. Il prezzo probabilmente è un po piu alto rispetto alla media(probabilmente è stato il periodo..)

Pros: В отеле очень хорошая парковка и большой чистый бассейн, который входит в стоимость и который работает с 7 до 22. Завтраки были хорошие с 7-30. Мы приходили даже на 5 минут раньше. Рядом есть большой магазин Evrospar.

Cons: В описании указано что номер с балконом, дали без с мансардным окном. Но так как были на 2 дня - не пошла спрашивать. Очень не хватает в номере чайника и хотя бы пару стаканов. Очень не удобный душ - моешься и все помещение в воде. Мы мылись в душе в бассейне. В отеле остановились из за цены. Так как 01 января ничего не было свободного. Хотя цена по мне была завышена, но это такие даты.

Molto accogliente, ci stiamo trovati benissimo

Pros: Colazione abbondante e buona, personale cordialissimo e sempre a disposizione, vista dal balcone stupenda e parcheggio esterno molto grande

Cons: Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche torta in più a colazione o qualche prodotto locale. Cuscini troppo morbidi.

Soggiorno di gusto e relax

Pros: Hotel a conduzione familiare con ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo, disponibilità del titolare e della figlia, buon ristorante e la piscina con idromassaggio inclusa

Cons: Da migliorare un po’ la colazione con l’aggiunta di qualche crostata e da fare un restyling del bagno in camera
